I owned an apartment and just wanted to have it managed by Gravity Real Estate. At the end of the contract, the tenant was allowed to leave the apartment and was given the security deposit without doing the proper smarthub procedure to cancel the contract from the smarthub system. I completely depended on them because I assumed they were competent. 1 year later I find out that the contract is still active on smarthub and now I have to go to court in order to get the contract closed and off the system in order to put a new tenant which was living in the unit but not in the system. In order to do this I have to pay a penalty of 5% of the rental on the contract for not following the correct procedure online because in the eyes of the law, the procedure was not done and I did not close the contract. I spoke to multiple people in Gravity and they will not refund me or even pay the penalty since it was under their management while this happened. All they care about and won't forget about is you paying their fees, however, I absolutely do not recommend this real estate for property management.

Gravity is the best Real Estate company in UAE!! I did a Property Management agreement with them 2 years ago to rent and do everything for my unit in Hydra avenue - Abu Dhabi since I currently live in USA and I can tell that they are doing a great job in all aspects (maybe better than me if I was still living in Emirates), very professional team that give their clients premium quality services, they also have their maintenance company in case anything happens. I also want to thank in person Mrs. Maria Sabania ( PM deputy manager ) for her sincere efforts with me, she’s a very dedicated, committed person, always cooperative, very responsive and always strive to support her clients and give them the best service and care, she’s also very well connected and knows how to get good tenants with good rental prices. Don't use this agency, they have incompetent staff that don't understand English, rude customer service. Update 2 and a half months later, paid assistant fee of 1050Aed on moving out to assist with documents and security deposit refund, and still haven't recieved the security deposit, I would recommend not paying the 1050aed and right off your remaining deposit youre better off if you're renting from these agents just a couple of documents you need to get and they need to assist you anyway with the moving out documentation. Horrible service!

It is the most unprofessional company in UAE starting from the family team managers reaching out to their junior agents. What would you expect from the sales team when their sales managers are relatives of the GM! Well that’s a family gathering rather than a company. There is no single agent who’s been there for a while except those who are friends of the family.Seriously, the owners have had enough from their lies and disturbing. I wish I had never dealt with them before. Highly I recommend declining their offers.

Mr Vitality Dzubyik (Real Estate agent) working in Gravity refused me to share the mobile number of the owner upon my request. Informed me that owner doesn't want to share his mobile number. Deducted 4 months rent as penalty for vacating the apartment and paid the balance after 18 days. Also, have not paid my refundable deposit of AED 5000 till now. Apartment No 1507, Hydra C6 Reem Islands Will not recommend to deal with Gravity Abu Dhabi branch in Reem Island.

He was very friendly and efficient, he was able to negotiate a good deal with the property owner on my behalf and even arranged to get the keys for me earlier than the contract date so that I could visit the property to clean and measure. Be very careful about using Gravity Real Estate to rent. We paid a large deposit for our last apartment (Shams Meera) which the landlord has refused to pay back. We have had no support from Gravity Real Estate on this matter despite numerous messages. We left the apartment in excellent condition. Sadly, we can’t give zero stars.
