Very disappointed with the customer service ! I had my son with me got him some potato chips and burger paties with bans .i already opened the potato chips for my son so 1st thing at the counter I requested the lady to scan it as he was eating them already then rest of the stuff. the lady Maryam asked if I was paying with cash or card I told her I only have cash . I proceeded with handing her a 200 Aed Note and she looked at me saying unfortunately she did not have change and She could only take card which she would already have informed me at the beginning that the supermarket didn’t have any change and only card was accepted After I showed my frustration as she was actually asking me to take my stuff back and there was nothing she could do and my sons chips was already open , the other lady from next counter stepped in that they had an issue with the bank for change whatever but no one had informed me upon paying ! After speaking to them and explaining how disappointed I was , suddenly they got the keys opened the till and there was change! I asked where the change came from ? The answer was they were saving it for rest of customers..wasn’t I customer? Just moved to the area and very disappointed with the whole experience!

The store is great big and clean, but more expensive than Carrefour on a lot of products ( vegan product are very expensive) however sometimes they have amazing offers on berries and figs. The salads and the bakery is always fresh and very good. The staff is always running and chatting to each other and sometime forget that they have client in front of them waiting to be serve. I like this store but I have to admit that this store is not my main store. I go there mostly when I forgot something or when I want something specific that I do not find elsewhere like salads or bakery. I wish the store will be open earlier because on my way to school I always wish to get fresh bakery products, unfortunately your bakery product are not ready until 9:30-10:00 am.

Please offer your staff some free coffee maybe for them to be more awake and alert as I went to get my bakery the staff is more busy having a long chat telling his whole life story with someone while i waited for ages to be served!!!I finally spoke up and asked If i could be served.Went to get a salad the guy places my salad on the weighing machine and just disappear without informing me about anything, kept me waiting again and finally while paying at the cashier she never offers any receipts for anything and starts serving someone else behind me until I had to ask for my receipts.Please train your staff to be more responsive.

First- very tidy and got the “premium” looks Second- really good prices, especially on fruits and berries Third- check out their snacks, you will some variation of sneakers, or doritoz and etc from all over the world. Like korean wasabi kit kat for example. Giving 4 stars because one working counter takes too long, especially when you just want to grab and go. And cuz of front parking being always occupied by someone (even tho there are no as much people inside) makes me go to the other shops where i could buy a thing faster. But parking is not your mistake of course.

Grandiose Supermarket has become my go-to place for carrot cake – a true delight! Their bakery items, including the carrot cake, are consistently good. The salads also deserve a special mention for their freshness and taste. While the grocery section is well-stocked, I found the prices slightly on the higher side. However, the overall shopping experience is enhanced by the store's neatness, cleanliness, and inviting ambiance. A reliable spot for delightful treats and a variety of quality goods.

Very clean, spacious and well located store. The prices are a bit higher (than Carrefour for example) but still affordable. They have a cafe area which is great if you just want to enjoy a cup of coffee and pastries. You can also have ready-to-eat meals served both hot and cold. I always found what I came for, no short supply or out of stock products. Apart from that it's very hard to find a parking spot around it, there's usually always one counter open, hence the line tend to be very long.

I just want to say you have a great employee, he said he was in charge that night but not the manager I think his name is Haian. I came to your store angry because I bought meat which was old and smelly, but then the butcher called haian who came and we spoke for almost half an hour, at the end I left your store satisfied and happy which wasn't my intention but this guy has a way of making your anger disappear. I hope all customer service employees have your attitude and politeness haian.

Amazing Supermarket just in downstairs of my building. You can find here whatever you want, starting from hygienics finishing by all kind of food. The most favorite is ready meals, very convenient for those who are working aroung and don't have time to drive so far for lunch. Prices for ready meal lower than Carrefour. You can have excellent lunch just in 10-15 AED. Cashier and Staff very helpful and polite. Recommended

Fancy Supermarket with nice products but absolutely zero customer service training. Whatsapp order are very slow. Messages dont receive replies for more than 30 minutes. And customer messages are read but no replies too. Very disappointing. Oh and it took them 2 hours from my initial order to tell me they are out of stock for croissant.

I visited the coffee shop at grandiose where the customer service of that guy ( with long hair ) was pathetic, potryaing he was racist! We called him twice or thrice during the billing which he totally ignored! The approach towards us was very disheartening ! Customer relationship training is must required for that guy!

They beat the record of being the most late delivery service ever and they don’t care and not even apologize or say we cannot do it so we can see another alternative that’s the most frustrating part more than 3 hours im waiting for my delivery if you cannot do it say it and we will understand it

Grandiose it’s my favorite market in the Majan area! They renovated everything in the last few months and the place looks so nice. They have the best products and they produce good food as well. I also have to mention the employees who always greeted me and smiled every time I walked in.

They mention on the glass at entrance timing 9am - 4am ! I go there in 2:30 am but the person inside wave the hand and its mean we are close !!! …

A great supermarket with all what you need. their bakery are always fresh. They always have promotions on many items. You can find brands which are not at any other known hypermarkets. It is one of my favorite shopping places.

be careful with the price displayed which is different from the price paid, for example apricots at 16 aed/kg paid 22 aed/kg supposedly it's Thursday so prices change
