Visited this spa many years ago when their foot reflex was a pop up store. Now, they have gone up market and had a real store beside the original massage spa. The foot reflex is good, however, there seem to have this notion that once you made a verbal booking on the timing, you need to pay up front. This practice makes a genuine customer feels like they are not trusted to turn up. The man in charge at the grand spa is very good. When we approached him about this, he allowed us to make a booking without paying up front. It might be the company policy but he was able to suss out the real customers from the bad. This makes him a very good manager. His name is Reese. On the other hand, the manager from the foot reflex store was really curt and downright rude. When I turned up for my reserved timing which I booked in person that morning. His response was did you make a payment. I said no because when I did the booking. There was only one lady there, she did not ask for payment and I thought nothing of it until I turn up for my appt. The says manager told me if no payment had been made, then technically, there is no booking. If this is the way customers are being treated, there are lots of massage parlors around. Very soon, they will go away and not return.

Deserves zero star. Place is in a nice location so you pay for the location. But owner or manager changes time without notice. I tried this place twice and both times they changed my time. Once at the last minute and another the day before. If you go early to e place smells like sewer because the perfume not sprayed yet. It only looks clean but doesn’t even have towels in the room. Now for the massage, WORST massage in Thailand and I’ve been coming here for 10 years. Don’t book the discount or promotion here. If you book their discount massage services the massage is even worse than regular. I think this place has different massage therapist for different price point but either way it’s the worse the second time. So don’t go here. You can find hundreds of other places better than this smelly poor managed place. I hope I’ve saved someone from this dreadful overpriced place. Good luck to everyone and happy travels!

I stayed at Pathumwan Princess for 8 days with my mum. At first we wanted to try out the many massage parlours but we keep going back to Grand because the massuers was so good, every assigned person had the skillset besides they are just situated at the entrance to the hotel at level 2, very convenient location. We did 5 days out of 8 because we went to others but realised that they were pale to comparison with Grand Massage, I have to give special thanks to 'You' & 'Noy', we did the sports massage, their strength and pressure was so precise, you hit the nodes all the time, if I knew they can do every type of massage, I would have requested for them each time I am there. One of the better massages and affordable ones in town! Was having super bad backaches and decided to opt for their herbal compress massage - best decision of my life. From the moment I made appointment and walked in, the front desk staffs were all really nice and friendly. One or two of them were pretty fluent in english which made me feel more relieved. Moving on to the herbal compress - it was a really soothing massage and it really helped to release all the tension that I had. The masseuse was really good too. Ladies, if you guys are having back pain or menstrual cramps, the herbal compress really really helps !!

Kept on lying to me about being delayed cause of the previous customer that came in late - apparently. I didn't buy it as I booked my slot less than 45 mins before my confirmed slot, so if that was the case, why confirm the booking? After asking politely how much longer it would take, the lies kept on adding up. 20 mins, 10 more mins, till it was 45 mins. Oh and they charge you upfront, so when I asked for my monies back, this was probably the only time they did things on time. Within a minute I had my refunded receipt which obviously means they've gone through this before. I should have gone with my gut instinct.

Good massage center located in MBK mall. I lost my way inside the mall as I couldn’t reach them on time, was delayed around 20 mins but the lady at the reception were keen enough to manage to let me in although was crowded and needs prior reservation. Massage is good and refreshing after a long shopping. Staff were super friendly. Without a doubt, they deserve a 5 stars rating. You need to reserve by phone or their website before going. Prices are slightly higher than average, but matching with quality. Recommended!

2nd time visiting this place and it really earns its stars. Very professional people and cosy environment. They operate under the escalator at the 2nd floor but there’s also their shop if the place is full, and for THB450 you get a hour of foot massage + head and shoulder. Apart from that you get a welcome tea and a hot face towel before the massage, and a hot tea and biscuits after the massage too!

The interiors of this place, the professionalism and the kindness of the staff is superlative. I only wished to have more time to spend here to enjoy the best treatment. The only out of tune is a bit about the continuous in and out movement of customers that disturbs a but probably it's because I choose the peak time. Strongly recommend anyway...

I really enjoyed the scrub, foot message, and aromatic oil massage. The massage therapist is very professional and caring. Every step is carefully done. It is quite conveniently located near Asian, and walkable from my hotel. I will definitely go back in the future when I am back to Bangkok.

I had aromatherapy massage (60min 1500bhat). Private room, with nice aroma and music. It was not completely relaxing, there were some crazy moves, but I totally enjoyed. Before massage my leg hurt from walking all day around, but after massage, like a new person. Recommend, every Bhat worth.

My family came across this massage spa when we were walking around MBK and we highly recommend this place. They were nice, clean, and professional. Their service was friendly and quick. Our family of five receive the Thai massage and everyone was impressed with the price point and massage.

This is the one of the best massage ever. I came across it by accident after calling a few popular massage parlors but all were fully booked. The staff spoke good English and were very welcoming. The masseur is small but very strong. Will come here again if I ever visit Bangkok again!

Been to Thailand for 20+ years and probably done more than a hundred massages. This is the worst experience that I ever had. Masseuse literally rush through the 90 mins session of aromatherapy massage. Very bad experience and it is the first and last time I'm visiting this place.

Did not enjoy my experience there, it was way too pricey, no privacy while getting the massage. Noisy so you don’t disconnect, and the worst is that the day after I felt so dizzy I had to go to a real physiotherapist to get a massage because they did something wrong to my neck.

I have been to so many spas and this is by far one of the best spas in Bangkok. The atmosphere of this place is absolutely so tranquil and the staff is incredibly skilled and attentive. I highly recommend getting the aromatic hot stone massage, the best treatment I’ve ever had.

Worst massage ever. Booked a 2h massage was 20mins short. The massager was chatting to each other the whole treatment. Massager got no idea what she was doing and body feel much more painful after the treatment

Below Average experience . 90 mins Oil massage plus thai massage is as good as brushing oil over body with disappointing Thai massage . Only thing that save the day is friendly staffs. Not worth the bill.

I had an appointment for aromatherapy massage for 1hr. The masseuse was skilled. But when I arrived early there wasn't anyone to welcome me and the welcome drink was served after a long wait.
