When I find the right spot, love to share my awesome experience. I just bought 4 brand new tires in Nov elsewhere and 7 weeks later drove over nail. I called them they invited me down for a patch. I had also recently found out the maintenance I had previous, did not top fluids or anything charging me $85. I do have to have all synthetic oil for performance, so they did the maintenance properly and the tire for less then that. The mechanic Rosalio finished my car with a warning he patched it but it was on the outside and any other place would not have done it. I lost my job money is tight and worse that can happen is the tire will flatten. Its been almost 2 weeks and the tire is not losing air, no tire light on good to go. Now when the light goes on I have the money to get the tire. Rosalio did me a solid and I'm grateful!

It took me awhile to write this because I was waiting for the shop manager to do the right thing. After damaging my vehicle from applying a rim guard incorrectly, this shop refused to cover the damage they caused. They told me they would cover the damage and for me to send in a repair receipt. The damage was only $1200, and for them that is nothing. But they told me they will pay only $250. I am a single mother that also cares for my disabled mother and $1200 is a lot of money to me. This shop is unethical and hey don’t care about their customers or doing the right thing. Please avoid them at all costs. They will screw over whomever they can.

I will never take my vehicles to any other place! If you are searching for a reputable shop to get new tires or fix anything wrong with your vehicle, Granada Hills Tire & Auto Center is the best. They give great prices, are very transparent about the work your vehicle will need, and provide top notch customer service. This is the only place I have ever recommended my family and friends take their vehicles to for any of their needs as well. Finding a reliable mechanic or tire shop is difficult, stop the search now and come here. You will not be disappointed!

Thank you Granada Hills Plumbing & Rooter for doing an outstanding job. In one day the unit was put in there was a lot of work that needed to be done. It was done in a professionally way, and the knowledge the two men has was outstanding. They had the place clean up and the unit running it’s nice and cool in the house cannot be more than HAPPY. I’m more than happy to recommend Granada Hills Plumbing & Rooter for all your air conditioning needs. The inspector came out and was very impressed with the job that was done.

I took my car for break change (got confused with due dates). Victor and Rosalio helped me. They checked my car and honestly let me know that breaks were in very decent condition. In addition, they checked the break oil, in case, too. Not only they didn't use my unfamiliarity with cars for their benefit and profit, but they didn't charge a penny for the check up, either. If you want to have an honest assessment and deal with honest specialists, remember this auto center. They work on weekends, too.

I'm writing this review based on the service I recieved today. I came here to get my tire pressure checked and Rosalio greeted me and checked my car out. He was honest and told me there was nothing wrong (he could've easily said I needed a new tire. But we both agreed I needed new tires. He gave me quotes, answered all of my questions and the overall experience was great! Love that they're open 7 days a week... definitely going to give them my business based on my experience today.

Victor and Sako did me right. Had an issue with overheating and an engine noise and Victor was able to diagnose the cooling system problem (oil cooler) and tell me what was wrong with the motor at no charge. He replaced the oil cooler motor and gave me specific advise on how to deal with the engine (don't, drive it until it dies). So glad a friend recommended these guys, will definitely come back the next time I have an issue. Honest mechanics are hard to come by and I am grateful.

I needed new tires for my Lexus. I called all of the big names, Costco, America's Tire, Pep Boys and George beat them all. He offered me several lower priced options that the big names didn't even carry. While there they checked my brakes and advised me that they were very worn. They quoted me a price which I again checked against all of the big names and they were the lowest. These guys provide good, friendly honest service.

Honest!!!!!! The owner advised me that he could make the necessary repairs to my vehicle, but that it would likely cost as much as the car is worth and that there could easily be more problems in the immediate future. He did low cost upkeep to help it drive smoother and advised me to sell the car rather than get too deep financially. Only place I'll go to now

We had a blowout driving home from Monterey with out 2007 Mercedes E63 AMG. I was worried that the tire was going to be hard to find. I called Granada Hills Tire and they were able to have the tire within an hour or so. I went in and they changed out the tire. No muss, no fuss. They never tried upselling. Just good service. I would highly recommend them.

I went for an alignment and they said i needed new camber bolts which they wanted to charge me more for and i said i already had them just adjust them and they didnt left my alignment like crap. So today i went to Sears auto care center in Northridge and they did everything right do not go to this place would put zero stars but it wont let me

I have had a great experience with this shop. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. My car came in for an alignment issue, caster and camber and they were able to resolve the issue. A couple other shops I have been to only complete a toe adjustment. Which is not a real alignment..

We heard unusual sound on my tire while heading out of town. We found this auto service center on our way. They checked my tire right away, found a humungous bolt stucked on the tire. They repaired it, in less than 20mins the car is ready. Two thumbs up for you guys. Thanks for your incredible help.

These guys are awesome. It was a Sunday and I had never used them before. Long story short, they stayed open passed closing to finish my car and didn't try to upsell me at all. I ultimately left there only paying $20! Super honest people that really know their stuff.

They Just try to get money.Never go this place. It sucks. Mechanic supervisor is bull sheet. Just giving twice rate and try to get money. If you are going to fix allignment in 40$ they will try many things to get extra 20 bucks. Never ever go there.

Great place to get your car work done! They gave me the best price possible. I called around for different prices on tires and and an alignment. They beat out all the other competition. I recommend giving these guys a try on your car work!

I took my car in to have them yesterday (4/12/2017) to check out a noise I was hearing from the front, and they discovered a couple of loose bolts. They tightened them at NO COST to me. That is what I call GREAT SERVICE!

Owner is rude and unfriendly. Shop was empty but I was kept waiting for no apparent reason. I took my keys which had not been even made it to the workshop and went to another business for an alignment. Will not return.

Crew there is upfront and do good work. I've worked on cars for over 10 years. I go in and tell them what I need done, and it's done. Never feel pressured to do any extra to my vehicle.

Service was fine. The workers were friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the comments made about my car’s appearance to other staff and me. They made me feel embarrassed about it.
