I went into Grace hair and beauty for the first time on Seven Kings High Rd. It was empty with no customers and when I went in a lady quickly came to ask what service I required. I wanted my eyebrows tidied as I was growing them out and hadn't done them for a few months prior to this. I let the lady know I wanted to keep the shape and tidy them only to which she replied "okay". She was done with my eyebrows in a matter of minutes and I was so disappointed with the result. Two completely different shaped eyebrows. One so much thinner than the other. One square shapes from the front and one round. I have never had such thin eyebrows in my life. Or eyebrow as it was only one thinner than the other. I let her know of my dissapointment to which she replied to sit back down on the chair for her to "fix" it. I did not want THINNER eyebrows and I mentioned how she cant give my plucked hairs back! Another lady came out on hearing this and she asked to see my eyebrows closer. She said nothing. Which goes to show she could clearly see my eyebrows were completed messed up by her Co worker. I was not given any explanation or apology and worse of all I wasn't even told to not pay. I'm not petty to not pay do I did but just shows how appalling customer service is. I wasn't happy with the service or end result yet expected to pay FULL. Disgusting. I will avoid and will let everyone know about my experience. First and last time I'll be visiting. Stick to shumailas on High Rd. Customer service isn't the bestest yet you will be satisfied with your eyebrows and not leave with two different shaped eyebrows!!!!!!!

I went to this salon had few women I know have been there for just eyebrows or hair colour I went at 2 pm soon as I entered the lady Sandeep just said hair regrowth clout no welcome hello greeting nothing . I felt very uncomfortable and then she put a black plastic bag around my neck no towel or anything and without asking what colour I needed just started to go and mix colour I said I need dark brown and told her my hair is resistant she said nothing she put the colour on meanwhile there were only 2 people waiting just shows that isn’t busy for a surprisingly a Saturday afternoon, I had the colour on for 1 hour she went inside sat and repeatedly played Bollywood music the same line 20times the atmosphere was awfull in the salon dead no music to occupy the customer I asked for a phone charger she said it does not work she did not even bother coming out of the back to acknowledge me just replied from where she was when washing my hair I had to prompt her to a towel around my neck before washing she put a used towel that was in the side and washed my hair no conversation through out . I would never go there again or recommend this place bad customer service miserable person kept saying not feeling well to a customer who she said hi to I understand we all have our days then don’t be there say I’m sorry I’m a little quite or at-least acknowledge the person I would not recommend the owner of this place needs to rethink how they train staff will not be going there again .

Went in today, there was a new worker, just to get threading done I waited an hour. This is a disgrace considering your shop's name is "Grace". Get some more workers. PLEASE! CLEAN THE SHOP AND HAIRBRUSHES DISGRACE GRACE 04/08/23 Following up from this review I got confronted today in front of other customers (Harpreet I think that's her name) she shamed herself up in front of other customers that the shop does have a bad reputation, where is the professionalism in handling a complaint? I have never known a manager to tell their employees to handle complaints when that is not their job role. I recommend going to love hair and beauty salon near tesco Goodmayes you will notice the difference. The boss in Grace name Nadia needs to be really aware of what her workers get up to in the shop as I have notice a few wrongs that they have done but have never mentioned it in the review. If you don't like someone's review don't tell your worker to approach them in your shop full of customers. Reviews are for everyone to see and read. If you don't like this take your custom somewhere else.this is what your colleague said to me in the shop today. So thumbs up to you, you have made a disgrace of your own shop. And your workers need to stop sleeping on the job. Bet you didn't know this one. And runa locked the door at 2 to go elsewhere. Asked her where she went she just smiled. Little did you know how your workers are really are and I could have put a review in way before.

I booked my appointment on phone for Sunday at 3 and when I went to salon, no one was taking the responsibility of my appointment they were least bothered to serve me as both the ladies were quite keen to cater the walk in customers not me who already had an appointment with them. One lady dont know her name was so rude, disinterested and highly unprofessional, she was the one who booked me on phone and then she asked me to wait for 40 mins and when I refused she simply disappeared inside the parlor without making any arrangements for me. The other lady named Daisy keep on insisting me to wait for atleast 30 mins and on refusal she too gone inside leaving me alone on reception. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT AND RECOMMEND GRACE BEAUTY SALON AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES and ZERO QUALITY. P.S. I didn’t wait after left alone on reception as if they can’t cater their already booked customers that parlor service is good for nothing then. After that I went to farrah’s salon on Ilford lane and though i was a walk in customer and there were already 4-5 customers present still owner and another lady attended me so well had a beautiful hair cut and wonderful service. True example of wonderful customer service . Farrah’s beauty salon is highly recommended.

I would not recommend this salon because of their miscommunication or you can say they charge different when you go in and charge different when you book an appointment. I am highly disappointed with their changings in statements. One week before I popped in for my daughter's hair cut and they told me they will not do it now and than I asked for the price and the girl over there told me £15. But today I call them to book appointment because my daughter used to go to school in week days ... and she was off today and when i called the lady on the phone told me the price £20. Although the price difference is not that much but i am disappointed with their statements. And their services are also not that good too. So please call before you pop in. I want the manager of this Salon to please look out your staff. Because with this attitude you will loose customers. And also she told me that for straight hair cut she will charge £15 for 6 years old girl eho have hairs till shoulder length. I would like to mention here that straight one I can do by myself aswell. I used to do mines so its not a hard job that you are charging for that £15. Thankyou.

Took my autistic daughter in for a quick trim today., which would be her 3rd visit. The first time she was seen without any problems, the second time the hairdresser didn't seem to happy to cut my daughters her as she was crying, which most children do. Me and her father were helping as much as we possibly could and to be honest it didn't seem like she was having alot of difficulties with her anyway. However today I booked ahead and again took my daughter in for a haircut. As soon As that same hairdresser saw my daughter she turned away and refused to even look at us or acknowledge us. I mean it's fine that you are being lazy and looking for a short cut in your job, not willing to take on a little challenge but to be straight out rude and ignorant especially a child with autism and that child's parents is totally unacceptable. Will not be using their facilities any longer and will make sure I pass my honest reviews on to everyone I know, including social media

Went back there today and waited more than 30 minutes. The staff didn't even bother asking what I needed. They served the clients that came before me who did not come by appointmen.. Again, didn't even bother asking me what I wanted. I left and called back for an appointment several times and they did not pick up. Clearly, they need to hire more staff and clearly there's no professionalism. At least assure the client the wait time for things. I was loyal to this salon and gone here for all my treatmens but will not be returning after what happened today. I managed to speak to the lady over the phone and she tells me that she doesn't have an appointment for today which is such a lie because clearly the clients before me did not come by appointment when I visited the salon and were seen before me.

Today I went to the shop to get threading and underarm wax. Service was fine, but one staff member had bought their toddler kid to work and the child was acting erratic and dangerous. Considering, there are dangerous equipment in the salon, and to top it all off the toddler directly spat at myself today. Took him to his mum and the mum looked discombobulated and was not bothered what so ever with no apology on behalf of her son. You have had so many bad reviews and still the shop is filthy there is no such thing as a sense cleanliness ascovid was not too long ago sort yourself out and the shop or you will be on the verge of closure if it continues.

Harpreet made my experience with this salon amazing, she really did her best and went the extra mile. She made me feel comfortable I went in for a mani & pedi. Since moving here I've been struggling to find a good nail salon so I thought I'd try here I went in with my headphones thinking ill be listening to music but instead had a refreshing chat with her. The attention she gave whilst doing my pedi and mani despite customers walking in and waiting, she didn't cut corners. Thank you. Unfortunately the salon doesn't on have 1 foot spa and nail area so not something you could do with your girlfriends, it's good for a quick last min treat.

Absolutely appalled. My mother went to get her hair dyed and during the bleaching process hydrogen peroxide was used. Common for bleaching hair, however when she complained her scalp was burning (due to the staff members not washing her hair properly) she was told to go stand by the door for cool air. Despite her telling staff members her head felt like it was on fire, nothing was done. The next morning she woke up with second-degree burns on the back of her head. I recommend no one goes here for hair dying as staff members are clearly unaware of the dangers of these solutions.

So so gutted. Went in for a simple layered hair cut and came out looking like a 4 year old cut a poodle dogs hair! I had scraggy hair at the bottom that didn’t blend at all with any layers. Ended up having to go to Toni and Guy Hairdresser’s to fix it. All in all, I spent over £60. And what’s worse and makes me so sad is that I had to end up cutting more than 10inchs of my long hair when I was looking to only cut 1 inch of length. I’ve gone from my hair being waist length to it being just under my shoulders. Graces are not trained to cut hair, don’t do it.

Went here to get chin and upper lip waxed and I have a complaint and will be coming in person tomorrow for a refund. The woman did my wax and i went home , only to see my skin was peeling and was burnt ! MY chin has several marks of burn from the wax as clearly the job was not done properly and now i am suffering from second degree burns. I will describe the lady to the manager in person as i do not feel like it is right to name and shame online but i am in actual disgust and now have to think of a solution to get rid of this burn as it is on my FACE .

Runa, paramjeet and Mona very friendly staff. I had hair curls and party make up from Mona every one liked it and asked me from I get it done. Runa is professional in everything. She's all rounded and got all the abilities to make you happy with her service. I had hair cut and hair straightening from her. She is awesome in eye brows threading. I had a fantastic experience at the salon with Sundeep! shes excellent in both customer service and hair services, and she was able to achieve the Ash shade I wanted for my highlights. Based on my positive experiences, i recommend this salon to my family and friends. I successfully achieved the desired highlights colour Ash. Which I never managed to get from our Salons. I been here twice and twice sundeep did my hair and am a very happy customer !!!

Yesterdah I arranged to come in to get my hair done in the morning... The salon clearly says it's open on Google but it is closed... What a waste of a morning.. I also went to get my eyebrows in last week Wednesday... They told me the lady that does them is in on the next day... So I went in... Again the told me sorry she's in tomorrow... Excellent service delivered with loving care . I use this salon regularly and can particularly recommend Sandeep for her super haircut ,facials and massages. I have been using the salon for many years and am always very satisfied with their services . They listen to their clients and do their best to serve them well with a smile . Avoid this place!! My daughter went there and had a horrible experience with Runa She completely ruined her eye brows because she was on her mobile phone!! How can you do threading on a client whilst on your phone. Terrible new staff, trainee had ruined my eyebrows, and were extremely unhygienic. The pedicure made my toe (cuticle area) swell up! I’ve never experienced that before! “Herbal” facial was atrocious. Was useless and unprofessional. Overall terrible experience as I’ve been going for consecutive years. Standard has gone down! Never again.

Had a booked appointment two days prior and reached 5 minutes before. After waiting for 40 minutes I was told to wait for another 1 hour. Decided to leave without having my hair done. To top it up the lady struggled to understand English. Time keeping is a big joke. Will never return. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Just attend grace hair beauty to have pedicure Daisy was so accommodating on advice on my massage for my feet as they are were so swollen now it s so light They have chairs that massage your back so relaxing I. Would highly It to any one great way to finish my Sunday relaxing with pedicure and a massage

Absolutely do not recommend. My mother went to get her full face waxing done at this place. After a few days, she started getting spots and infection on her face. Avoid at all cost, the place is unsanitary and probably use the same waxing sticks for multiple customers. (See the image below)

My wife always goes to this salon because they always transform her hair beautifully. The one time I came I felt very welcome and this worker named Runa was very nice and advising my wife what hair suits her. Really recommend this salon, it was a good experience.
