เนื่องจากช่วงสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา ดิฉันได้เข้าไปใช้บริการ กูเม่ พารากอน บริเวณโซนขายดอกไม้ ข้างหน้า(พนักงานคนดังกล่าวนั่งอยู่ตรงโต๊ะ บริเวณโซนขายดอกไม้) ซึ่งดิฉันได้มีการสอบถามถึงสินค้า(ประเภทดอกไม้) แต่พนักงานคนดังกล่าวมีท่าทีการให้บริการที่ไม่สนใจลูกค้า รวมถึงใช้น้ำเสียงที่แข็งกร้าว ดิฉันจึงรู้สึกผิดหวังกับพนักงานบริการของกูเม่เพราะคิดว่าทางบริษัทควรมีการอบรมพนักงานให้ดีกว่านี้ และคิดว่าการพูดการจาควรเป็นหัวใจของงานบริการ ทั้งนี้ เหตุการณที่เกิดขึ้นคือดิฉันต้องการเปลี่ยนแพ็คเกจของสินค้าประเภทดอกไม้ จึงถามพนักงานว่า ขอโทษนะคะ  ช่วยห่อแบบไม่ใช้กระดาษนี้ได้มั๊ย และชี้ไปที่กระดาษ  แต่พนักงานคนนั้นที่กัมหน้าเขียนอะไรสักอย่างรีบตอบมาว่า ไม่ได้ค่ะ  โดยไม่ได้มองมาที่ดิฉัน หรือดูมือดิฉันที่กำลังชี้ไปที่กระดาษใบนั้น ดิฉันอยากขอให้ทางบริษัทกรุณาตักเตือนหรืออบรบพนักงาน หรือดำเนินการอะไรสักอย่างตามที่เห็นสมควร เกี่ยวกับเรื่องการเอาใจใส่ลูกค้า และตระหนักถึงสิทธิผู้บริโภคควรจะได้รับ และคุณภาพดอกไม้ค่ะ

สวัสดีค่ะ ร้องเรียนการบริการสาขาพารากอนค่ะ เนื่องจากมาเดินซื้อของและทุเรียนที่นี่ประจำ และชอบในการบริการที่น่าพึงพอใจเป็นอย่างมาก และเนื้อทุเรียนที่ทาง Gourmet คัดมามาก ๆ มาเลือกซื้อทีไร ไม่เคยผิดหวัง และปกติต้องชั่งน้ำหนักตามขนาดลูกที่อยากเลือกซื้อ ซึ่งมีการเปลี่ยนขนาดลูกให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการ แต่ในระหว่างการเปลี่ยนดูน้ำหนักทุเรียน ทางคุณป้าพนักงานทำกิริยาที่ไม่น่ารักใส่ ดูเหวี่ยงและบอกแนะนำให้ไปดูทุเรียนโซนอื่น และบอกว่ามีทุเรียนโปร 1 แถม 1 ตรงอื่น ทำให้รู้สึกว่า เหมือนไล่เราให้ไปตรงอื่น เราก็ตามไปดูตามที่แนะนำ แต่ก็เหมือน ๆ กับจุดที่ดูตอนแรก และโปรดังกล่าวก็ไม่มีในช่วงเวลาที่แนะนำ จึงอยากจะร้องเรียนการบริการดังกล่าว ทั้งกิริยาในการบริการลูกค้าที่แย่มาก และให้ทบทวนความรู้ในโปรโมชั่นที่ถูกต้องในการแนะนำลูกค้าค่ะ คุณป้าที่ขายทุเรียนโซนใกล้กับเคาเตอร์คิดเงิน ใกล้กับซุ้ม Japanese Food เวลาประมาณบ่าย 3 วันอาทิตย์ที่ 14 พ.ค. 2023 ที่สาขาพารากอนค่ะ

Love visiting this supermarket whenever I'm in town. Well-organised and well-stocked. Offers both local and imported goods. Whether you are a local or tourist, you can definitely get what you need here. Fruits and fresh produce are nicely displayed, fresh and pretty. Always plenty of interesting products not found in other supermarkets as well. Even when it's crowded, you are still able to shop comfortably without bumping into anyone. I love the pets section where I can stock up on my dog's food and get nice accessories for him! Staff are also pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall, excellent shopping experience! Will recommend anyone who's in the area to visit and browse! There's also a HUGE food hall right in front of the supermarket, offering wide range of read-to-eat dishes, international cuisines, street food, pastries, bread and beverages!

This supermarket on the ground floor has got everything that you need. The place features much local Thai produce as well as many iconic processed products. Furthermore, there are myriads of famous international brands ranging from gourmet French Cheese, Italian pasta, American snacks, Turkish dry apricot or Korean instant noodles, et cetera. The prices are on the expensive side, but they are to be expected because these are from a gourmet supermarket in an elite shopping department store in the middle of the Bangkok CBD.

This is a premium market. It is located on the first floor of the Siam Paragon shopping mall, located in the very center of Bangkok. It is inside after passing the food court, and there are many products that are not found in other large marts. In particular, Thai organic tea is hard to find in other supermarkets. And there are many imported foods. Most of the prices are similar or the same as other large supermarkets. It is the perfect place for travelers to shop.

We stopped shopping at Villa Market because I got tired of seeing the staff all forced masked up two years after the pandemic ended. We changed to Lotus and Paragon because it's cleat they give their staff a choice. Only about half the staff at Paragon Gourmet are eating masks. The store is nicer and less expensive than I expected. The bad thing is they don't sell any turkey. The up side is the liquor department is extensive. The store is clean and well stocked.

Most amazing place for marketing. It is located in the heart of Bangkok, inside Siam Paragon Shopping Mall. Big place for all of your daily needs. Very rich collection of all type of items. In fact it is the best for me. Every section is well placed with plenty of choices. Good clean place. One of my favorite part is their organic products. By the way price range is very convenient.

Gourmet Market at Siam Paragon is conveniently located amongst the food stalls. It carries a wide range of local delights, local produce and products, international products as well and many household items/necessities. It carries many whole fruits as well as freshly cut ones. Love buying their fruits and drinks at Gourmet Market. Never miss a time going to this supermarket:)

This is the very best supermarket in the world according to be my experience. I compare Asia, Europe and the US. I have been here many times since they opened up and now I reflect and compare. It is incredible - brands, food, freshness … everything. You feel great and come into a good mood. You should go there if you have a chance.

Very nice market on the bottom floor of Siam Paragon mall! We’ve been here several times for fruit, mouthwash and other daily products. They also have a decent are of dog and cat products. I bought a toy and walking harness. Too bad I can’t find any Chinese green tea, they only carry English or Japanese green tea! Pepper & Morris

Great place for stocking up for Thai goodies. Friends and family are easily catered for. There's no confusion about service here too, the staff's concern is to help their customers find what they want. The fact that it's only a stone's throw from the food court an Siam Kempinski makes your stay in BKK as convenient as 123.

This place is just simply amazing! I have shopped here almost all the time I visited Bangkok. The products here are relatively cheaper compared to many other grocery stores in Bangkok. Rest assured the products are of good quality and definitely a great place for foreigners to shop without bursting your wallets.

A truly excellent supermarket. Fresh produce - especially in the fruit, vegetables, seafood and meat which are always so graciously presented. Cooking counter has few selections. Service is confusing. You have to order at cashier spot, you should have some thing to put on your spot. No soft drink, only beer and wine are available. Pork chop is not tender, potato is very good. Baked spinach is good. It is better to buy some soft drink before eating.

Get all weekly grocery here. Always fresh. Many choices which you can get in other places. Awesome. The price are a bit on the high side but worth it. Fresh fruit from all over world is here. One of the best supermarkets in town that has everything. It might be a little light on the Japanese product but it has a full range of international. The fresh fruit and produce is excellent and renewed every day. At this time I have very good coping protection routine and regime.

It is good shopping market inside the Siam Paragon mall for buying ingredients, various food, and others. I think it is quite completed for food materials. Halal food are also available. There is sometimes Indonesian noodle, made in from Indonesia. So, it is good for shopping

My favorite human food & pet food store. I like the flower shop as well. I recommend collecting point and using it before expiry. In the end, it turns out to be quite a lot of money after buying food for dozens of cats, 2 humans and weekly flowers for the house.

Good. Nice update on trendy delicious foods. I’m a big fan here. However it used to be better before renovation. It was like supermarket heaven. Things seem to be less. Not stunning full pack of stuffs as before. Kind na like they loss their mojo.

At Siam Paragon food area, there is a mixed rice store, I bought a plate of rice with eggplant, fried egg and some Thai fishcakes. Egg was delicious but fishcakes were cold. Lazy to feedback, ate and had very bad diarrhea after that

This place keeps pulling me in. One of the few places that carry kombucha. Good prices and some more rare luxurious items. Also the food sales/deals at end of day are pretty great.

Don't eat at the seafood bar. Honestly I have never eaten such vile food at such a high price. I swear the lobster was cooked 12 hours ago and warmed in a microwave or something.
