I really do love the brand and have purchased quite a few items. However, within a period of 6 months I have lost 3 bracelets do to the clasp coming undone. And every time I had doubled checked that it was fastened properly.. I attempted to take measures by asking if you sold additional clasps to double secure the bracelets since I really do like the brand.. But I guess its just bad manufacturing. Very disappointing.

My item never shipped and I needed it ASAP for a group gift. Genesis, the store manager in Houston, worked a miracle and shipped me my item overnight so I would have it in time for the birthday party. It took lots of phone calls and time on her part and she even called me several times to check in from her personal cell phone. She is amazing and absolutely saved the day! Thank you, Genesis!!

Glad there is a storefront. The customer service was awesome. I was welcomed immediately as I entered. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout. I walked away purchasing a few items and hope to return. Highly recommended.
