This company was great. I had a last minute cancellation from another company and I was really stuck. Really stuck! I saw these guys on yelp and remembered hearing of them.on the radio. I called them up less 24 hours before I had to move. I spoke with Vanessa. She was amazing. She answered the questions I had and went out of her way to find me movers for the next day. Within the hour she had set up my move and I was good to go. Then on moving day Q and Ali were the movers. They showed up on time. They never shied away from work. They did all we could ask. They never took a break. They worked straight through. Awesome job by all. Honestly. I'm happy and ready to move everything again it was so easy. Thanks. The price was about what I expected too. $500 for 2 movers, a 24 or 26 foot truck and around 5 hours of moving. Plus tips to the drivers.

My husband and I used their services 2 times. The first time was amazing. They got the job done quick and efficiently. We moved into a two story townhome and they moved all our belongings in perfect without any issues. Price was good too. The second time we moved it was a whole day and night experience. The movers were slow at loading up our stuff and unloading at our new place. Two of our belongings were broken, and the old location we moved from they damaged the walls and the floors on the steps. I was so upset with this experience. And above all we were only offered to be reimbursed $51 for over $600 in damages. I sadly probably won't want to use them again after this experience ...

Me and my husband decided to downgrade our 4 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom house before he got into his accident. We've always done the moving ourselves but this time we couldn't because the boys were out of state and my husband couldn't do any heavy lifting so I hired the young gentlemen from Gorilla Movers. When I called to book a few of the movers, the young man who helped me over the phone informed me that they also have a packing service so I hired them for that as well. This review is overdue. We had an office move from 7k ft2 (single story), to 3k ft2 (2nd floor). Gorilla Movers was amazing from the jump. Every person from the estimators, movers, and customer service was amazing. Any move is stressful, but Gorilla Movers made it much easier. *Additionally I had them remove & dispose of all the remaining 'junk' that would not be making the move to the new office. Our experience with Gorilla movers was great! They helped us with a downsize move from one corporate office to another. Whatever the trouble was from mid move disasters to time management they helped us out. It is worth noting that they do hire subcontracting moving companies. So, the awesome crew we worked with may not be the same people you work with the next time. I absolutely hate moving! I have had a fair share of bad experience with movers left and right. So this last move I was already expecting something to break....but Gorilla Movers totally surprised me. I moved to San Diego, and the movers helped me pack, load and move.
