Ineffective! High pressure wash not working in bay 4. I have used this car wash place a few times and in the past it has been great. However, today was terrible. I used all the detergent functions to cover my car with tyre-wash, pre-soak, foaming detergent. Then the high pressure function did not work! It took a really long time to wash off the detergent and the car was not really clean when I was done rinsing because there was no high pressure. It was weaker pressure than a back yard garden hose.

Had a late night automatic wash. I was a little sus when I realised there were no brushes in the machine. Still thought it would be ok as no brushes means less chance for a scratch. But when the car came out, there were still dirt spots and the blower only did a decent job on the top half of the car. There were still dirty water drip mark on the sides. Only three stars as it was automatic. I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue for a manual wash.

Worst car wash. Can’t use $2 coins….only $1 or card. Took 10-15 seconds to start - wasting wash time. Controls are poorly configured….obviously to take up time washing when changing between selections. Finished wash with a ‘wax’ that spotted the car and left it worse than when I started. Only redeeming thing was the high pressure wash. Waste of money and time.

Holy Moly! What a great new car wash. Upon entry our car was very dirty and upon exit it was very clean. This is the cleanest car wash in Adelaide with super super soft brushes and plentiful soap. Pretty certain the time I got for my money is longer than most. Overall I’d give this 7 stars but it only goes to 5 so I give it 5 stars.

This is the best carwash I have used so far. Paid $18 for the deluxe wash. Was money well spent. No other touchless carwash has this volume of water, amount of pressure and quality of soap used. Ran my finger along the lower portion of the car after the wash and it was CLEAN! Hope it remains at this level for a long time to come.

Overall good facilities and works well. Used it a few times. Better than the servo washes. However the radio is awfully loud out horrendous speakers so it sounds even worse. Just put some SAFM on and change the speakers to outdoor speakers and not loud speakers.. make for a much better experience

Doesn’t give you the Standard time the most car washes Do if it does it seems to go by a lot quicker change machine also gave wrong amount of change Think they might have spent too much time and money laying concrete and cheeped out on Equipment however is a very nice car park

Worst automatic car wash! Only washed half the car, had a clear dirt line down the car where the top half haven't been washed. Phone number on website doesn't work!. Also sent an email with no reply, don't waste your money and go to the laser wash across the rd

Good wash bays, a little pricey. Did get a good clean but the change machine didn't work. Took $10 didn't give any coins in return. Then charge $15 to use card for 2 and a half mins to finish rinsing my car. Won't be wasting my time going there again.

Came here at to bay 5 not working tried to use the pressure washer and nothing came out still had 20 minutes left on the timer what a waste of money. Think it would be best if we were compensated seeing as we had to wash our car somewhere else

I've been visiting almost every fortnight and almost never had an issue. Had a minor issue recently with the laser car wash and they very quickly offered me a free wash as compensation which I appreciate. Would definitely recommend!

Paid for Platinum Laser Wash - $22 - inspected vehicle after wash and dry , still a lot of water on vehicle, rear door of my vehicle looked liked it hadn't been clean. Hand to hand wash car again and dry prior to my next job

This is the best car wash that I have ever used. I am a fastidious car owner and keep my car like new. I normally wash my car at home with my high pressure cleaner with detergent and microfiber cloths only.

All good, Just like all the others were in the first year opening before the o rings in the pumps go to hell and waiting minutes for soap to come through the hoses. Times almost seemed fair.

When there all of the extra we’re out of stock and there was no sign that it was and spent 12$ on it. Then I got change out of the change machine and no change came out of the machine

Washbay farthest from South road has terrible pressure. Haven't tried the others but I gave up after 3 minutes of trying all settings. Might as well use a watering jug

Used this automatic carwash twice now, both times car still looked dirty after. The “platinum” wash left my car looking just as dirty going in. Waste of money!

No water on car wash i just apply soap then select rinse option then no water at all Changes its name to car soap instead of car wash i wasted my 5 dollars

Having problems with the wash. The operator gave me a free wash for having to wait. Touch free wash was excellent, even removing the bee spots!

Best wash my the car has got in years! Super convenient and had no dramas whatsoever in the process! Will definitely be back again!
