I made an appointment for my cat for a Rabies vaccination. Arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early. Rang the door bell. The receptionist didn’t bother to lift her head. I tried the doorbell again again the receptionist didn’t bother to lift her head. I waited thinking she’ll acknowledge me soon. Again nothing. Rang the doorbell for a third time this time she lifts her head and says I’m on the phone. Finally a response! I waited patiently a further 5 minutes before she actually spoke to me via the intercom and was told to wait outside in the freezing cold. My cats appointment time came and went. I picked up my cat and left. Won’t be returning. Apalling customer service and extremely rude! Bad bad company.

Been with Oxlow Lane Goddard for over 30 years and this branch is the best I have ever been to. If feels like going to a family vet and they have always been amazing and professional and dealt with me and my furbabies with respect and compassion, even with the passing of my furbabies. My furbabies now know them and they know each one and how they are and what problems they have. Diane who has been constant in the branch is the most compassionate and professional person I have ever met and the vets have come and gone and now Lawrence is an amazing vet and so gently spoken and professional. I can’t recommend them more highly.

the worst quality of service, I wanted to register my pet, they said only online I ask the price and say that there is not enough English spoken, is there a translator? or who speaks my language. I asked how much the vaccination cost, my son said 6, then I changed the price I thought I was a fool with everything and didn’t understand registration completed, did not receive confirmation email, arrived at appointment, then called three times when I could not answer and when someone dialed instead of me, they didn’t answer or it was busy. they don’t work. And I’m not going to give in to such bad service.

I am very happy to have such a nice and lovely vet for my dog. I highly recommend it. Prices fluctuate but it's not at all expensive. What can be more expensive are the tests that our pet may needs to undergo, besides both the vaccines and the consultation are relatively cheap. Both the receptionists and the vet are kind and delicate people. Fantastic care, even if our pet has to stay at the clinic for tests and examinations, we always receive a phone call to inform us of our baby's clinical situation. My dog is getting old but she always has a 5* service.

Felt mess around & pushed pillow to post, there was no compassion from the staff at reception & the veteran that saw my dog, made me not to leave her, so took her home with 24 hr care where she now is on the mend because of me, all what happen was my dog was put in a lot of stress because all what was happening going to one places to another, absolutely disgusting at Walthamstow vets, will never go there again, Felt like it was all about money

Read reviews, had a visit, not really impressed. At first was thinking my pet was really poorly but doctor implied it's not a big deal. Ended up with a bill 3 times over to what I was thinking I will be charged. He gave medication, Goggled it and you can buy same things online for fraction to what I paid. I GOT over charged by more than double the price, on one product 3 times the price. Its not really a doctors office it's a BUSINESS. Not impressed.

I have used this vets twice and both times i found the recepsonist Diane and the vet rude. My dog is very nervouse especially when it comes to men the vet did not even try and talk nicely to him or make him feel ok and safe to be a vet you need to be loving and understanding and he is not worst vet ever Never will i use them again

Never get a pet passport off this guy. Made me drive an hour back to my other vet to get an original rabies document when I had the original on email, mailed from the my other vet, which he knew was the real deal. I got the original, spent half my day doing so, then he stamped a photocopy anyway. Utterly lacks common sense!

Excellent experience at Goddard's Dagenham last week - the vet was extremely thorough and helpful both by phone and in person, took the time to go over my paperwork (AHC), double check it and compensate where mistakes had been made. Very very professional, can't recommend highly enough - thank you very much!

A women had my long lost cat for over 5 yrs taking them to Goddards regularly. It took them this long to scan the microchip and realise the cat belonged to someone else. What's the point of getting pets chipped if vets dont bother scanning? Surely a new registered pet would be checked. Poor practice!

They saw my dog last week and helped me with all my questions about owning a dog and what I need to do. The vet and nurse spent over 30 minutes discussing behaviour advice and could see they were really busy but helped me till I had no more questions. He is now my dogs vet and best mate.

We have Been with goodards for years with all our pets and they our great Laurence Behrens is the best dr we have there and I hope he gets to keep the practice as I wish him to be our doctor for all our pets. If there is any way to make this happen please let me know who to contact .

Absolutely amazing. Fantastic, friendly staff, always willing to help and offer advice. Out puppy had to have surgery and we couldn't be happier with how quickly and efficiently we have been dealt with. Thank you so much. We would definitely recommend them very highly.

Very friendly staff, you can tell that they all care about the animals they treat very much, brought in 2 stray kittens that I had rescued and they neutered them and vaxxed them for free as part of as scheme they had on at the time

The staff at Dagenham branch are amazing. I moved home over 3 years ago and still travel 1 hour each way for a 15 min appointment. Many thanks to Lawrence, Diane and the rest of the crew.

A great vets. Staff are knowledgeable. Regular vet is good too. Although there have been some recent changes.. Point to note... Great service but not the cheapest vet.

Registered online, received an email confirming this but when I tried to book my cat in was told I wasnt registered and had to wait for a call...never received a call

Great vets practice. I have had to go there a few times in lockdown and cannot praise them enough for their care and concern for my pets in this difficult time.

I don't appreciate my cat being called a nightmare. It's a vets job to handle the situation. And also to have a go at the customer. Ps Holly is great.
