Took our 2 sedans there under a Groupon voucher to try out them for the first time (Wash and Vac service), and they came out looking spick and span and smelling great. Unfortunately their estimated completion times were quite off (after dropping our cars off we were told they would be done in 90 mins) and we ended up waiting close to another 45 mins on top of this time. We then found one of our car's dash air vent and rear ash tray broken off their adjustable hinges (the air vent is now broken unfortunately, the rear ash tray I was able to fix). I'd appreciate a bit more care to be taken next time, and also some ownership of fault rather than just discovering these things after driving away. 3 stars for cleanliness, 2 stars removed for the reasons above.

Not too bad, not too great either. Very polite and courteous staff, quick service too. However, there should have been an option for cleaning the boot of a 7-seater SUV in their Bronze wash option; else you have to go for the next wash option Silver, which is straightaway $80 vis-a-vis $50 for the Bronze wash. I did the Silver wash. The work was good, however it could have been better with more attention to details. When I looked closely there was still dirt in a few places including the interior door trims and a few water droplet mark on the body. Overall it's good but there's room for improvement. I will go back in the future, however, would expect better finish.

This business is now under new management, and what a difference. I brought my car here the first time since the new owner took over as we had a large amount of coffee spill on the rear carpets. As this happened late in the day they went to work on it after hours to have it cleaned up before the coffee had time to dry. I have since had my car washed and vacuumed and the guys did a great job. They are honest hard working gentlemen with great attention to detail who really take pride in what they do. They have comfortable waiting area which is well stocked with plenty of drinks. Well done guys keep up the good work.

I have used these guys before and even tho they didn't wash my convertible roof (they said they would) I decided to go down after work today to sign up for a membership as they are the closest to my house. After being stuck in school traffic I arrived at 315pm to be asked if I could "come back in 30 mins because the guys are having lunch" Sorry guys but if you can't work out how to split your lunch breaks then you don't deserve my business EVER

Booked online but no response from anyone to confirm by the time I arrived. Was then told no-one has access to the computer when the boss isn't there, so they had no idea about any booking. Fit the car in later which was good of them, but the deluxe wash/clean was a bit average with the interior not looking like it was touched much. Overall awkward to deal with, with an ok-ish clean for the money, but probably wouldn't use again.

Car wash damaged. Claimed they didn’t do it. Looked at CCTV footage of car arriving and claimed the quality of the cameras wasn’t good enough to determine the damage wasn’t already there despite pretty obvious on the camera there was no damaged. $150k car wrecked! Quoted $900 to repair but will no longer be original paint if when repaired. Didn’t even try to reach a resolution, just complete denial and then walked away.

No no good bought my car there he did a rush job looks like , 99 dollars , nit well spent , doir sills dirty driver door still dirty , glass got streaks , forgot to vacuum boot and console area , the door sills still dirty , he didn’t bend over enough , over all , would if got the same from a standard 20 dollar elect car wash . Oh well you live and learn .

Missed the front passenger door all together and was still dirty as when I dropped it off, swirl scratch marks all over the car now and the B pillar has deep scratches. Tyre shine was missing from bottom half of all tyres. The paint had just been redone 3 days prior to the car wash so there's no doubt it was you guys who put the scratches all over it

I had fish tank water spilled all over my driver’s seat and floor - they did a great job washing it out and quick too - they fitted me in straight away - very pleased - thanks guys - first time there but will be back for regular cleans.
