Luis, the owner & Miguel takes time to educate me, the cutomer about my car. I understand checking transmission fluid is as important as checking engine oil. He is so detail oriented in his inspection of my car that he noticed my back shocks and V-Ribbed belt needed changing and was old - showing the cracks & shinny the belt was which means its old & need changing. The owner-Luis is friendly, courteous, professional, always know the names of his customers. Overall, my experience with Glady's Auto Mechanic is always Exceptional and Impressive.

This place really saved my life. I was far away from home and my car had broken down. I had know idea where I was, my phone was dead, and I was a total reck from a series of events that had happened earlier in that day. Thank God, i was right by this godsend of a place. They not only helped me with the car in the same day, they noticed a life threatening problem aswell, and for that reason, I cannot thank them enough. This place will always be recommended by me to anyone. I live honestly 40-50 miles away and If I had a chance I would drive all the way there just to get an oil change. Thank you

For many years, I have been devoted to Glady's Auto Repairs. I have owned brand new BMW's and Mercedes Benz the most recent. Mr. Luis and staff have an immense knowledge when it comes to deal with European brands at a very reasonably price. I have never ever gone through the dealer for servicing any of my vehicles and Luis gets it done to vehicle's standards and service specifics, not to mention, the level of customer service and honesty as Luis will walk you through what its only needed it, no surprises! Used to bring my car everytime I had an issue but on my last visit , they were supposed to repair my brakes... it worked only for a few weeks ... took my car back because it still had "warranty" .. not did nothing to repair it ..
