I want to thank Leanne, at Gillman, Carshalton Branch. for helping to arrange the funeral service for my dad. the service we received as a family, was second to none, she met with me and other family member who contacted her during the arrangements, and at all times she was compassionate, and caring she would listen to all our needs. days before the service, she made additional checks to see that we were happy with the final arrangements, the day before the service we received a call from the director letting me know that he could be contacted in any event leading up to the service. This Team, helped to make my dads celebration of life a proud and perfect event. thank you all so much . I would always recommend, them , they just know how to support people in a time when we are not able to think and be our normal self.

After the unexpected death of my mother, our lives were turned upside down. Not knowing where to turn, I called numerous funeral directors and once I'd spoke to Leanne I was straight away put at ease (which a lot of the others hadnt), she even had my laughing, which was something I hadn't done for a while. Leanne explained in as much detail as she could what we should expect and helped at every step. We went in to discuss things with her and she is just as lovely in person as she was on the phone. She called a couple of times between us going in and mum's funeral. To check in and update us on what was happening. She made the hardest time of our life just that little bit easier. If ever I had to, i would definitely recommend Gillmans.

My family have been using Gillman Funeral Service in Carshalton for many years, most recently for my fathers funeral. From the first contact I knew we were in good hands. Leanne took over all the organisation and was with us every step in the lead up to the funeral and also after. Every one of my questions were answered within minutes. The team at Gilmans really were fantastic, from the initial meeting with Leanne, to arranging the details, she was kind, supportive and got my family smiling at what was really a very upsetting time and was so reassuring too. The service we received from Gillman's was second to none. I don't think I have ever met more helpful, understanding and at the same time totally professional people. We used a branch in Huddersfield in the first instance and then brought our relative down to Carshalton. The staff at both branches were excellent. Every request made was carried out.
