I was looking for a washer. It still needed to be cleaned. They said it would be cleaned. I had it delivered and installed no problem. When I looked inside the drum was rusted and there was a pink stain. I wiped it and nothing came off my paper towel so it appeared to be clean. I figured it was ok to do a load in. I washed a load and the pink stain dyed my clothes pink! And there was some black flakes of mildew on my clothes. And it didn’t smell fresh. It also made a super loud noise every time it switched cycles. I didn’t want another washer from them. Why would they sell me that junk? I called for a refund he said he’s keeping the delivery fee. I’ll give them 1star for the great delivery service. I was also going to buy a box spring from them but someone was smoking outside with the doors open and the whole upstairs smelt like cigarette smoke. No thanks!!

We were quite disappointed. The prices were sky high. We were looking for a desk and their prices for very old, worn and dated desks were nearly new prices. In the end we went with a new desk from another store. Why would I pay $235 for a dated, worn desk? Some of the furniture here was very nice and in great shape, but the prices were unreal. Way better off to shop on Kijiji if you want a deal.

Firstly, great customer service. As a landlord I fix most appliances before buying new. If I need and an appliance I will head to Gill's, their technician knows what he is talking about. Very nice to see apposed to other appliance parts stores in the city.

What a large selection between upstairs and main floor. Sales guy was super helpful and showed me different types of beds for kiddo! Definitely will come back for other furniture or appliances! Thank you!

Was interested in purchasing a reburbished refrigerator but after experiencing all the different smells in them I bought brand new. Prices were reasonable on all the appliances and furniture.

This place has taken a huge dive downwards. Used to think it was a good place to find a used appliance. Now its just a dump. And noone wears a mask.
