Excellent service d'Alexandre Ducharme! Mon Giant Explore E 2019 n'a jamais été si bien réparé et ajusté (et je suis passé par plusieurs ateliers vélo du grand Montréal depuis 5 ans!). Idem pour le Giant Explore E 2022 de ma conjointe, acheté à leur succursale de Gramby. On a demandé conseil pour changements mécaniques sur un des vélos et nous avons été très bien informés et surtout pas de pression pour vendre. Nous avons eu une très bonne expérience chez Giant West Island; nous avons trouvé notre nouvel atelier de vélo - Merci!

I had the most amazing experience working with Angelique. I have been looking for a road bike for over a year and I have really struggled since I am very short and no bikes I've tried were the correct size for me. Angelique found me the perfect size that was comfortable and lightweight. She was so helpful and I get exactly what I wanted. They even delivered the bike to me for free as I wasn't in the position to take the bike with me at that moment. I'm very impressed with the great service they provide. Thank you so much!!!

As soon as I stepped inside the Giant store I felt strong positive energy about the staff and just by chance I was served by a rookie so whatever he didn't know he would ask the more experienced staff! It's not everyday I want to purchase an ebike but I was sold on an explorer especially with both gravel paths and the trip into the city!!I am very satisfied with my purchase!!

as a business owner i know how difficult it can be to find good employees, so i commend the owner of GIANT. brought my bike in for a crank bearing & Ethan said he would fix it while i wait. he had the part & installed in 20 minutes. all the techs were super polite & skilled. Great price.I know who I'll be recommending when asked.

Excellent service! After our new bikes were purchased, they went above and beyond, offering their help for accessories installation and adjustment of seat & pedal for optimal comfort. They even went as far as helping up us setup a bike mount for our car that we purchased elsewhere! Would definitely recommend.

Alex and the services team at the West Island Giant were outstanding. I came in with a few questions regarding a mechanical issue with the drive train and they resolved it on the spot. They also helped me improve my E mountain Bike setup. Overall very skilled, knowledgeable and customer focused.

Great customer experience. I had been in battles with Giant Montreal for months trying to get my bike fixed ended up taking back and bringing it here (Giant west island) instead. The mechanics did the work on time and got me a free front chainring replacement. I recommend.
