Lobbed up 2 days before Xmas in the "slight hope" I could buy 2 bikes for my pre-teen boys. Adam was so helpful, friendly and made the whole experience really enjoyable for me and the boys! It was a lovely pre-xmas gift shopping experience. I was also grateful that even tho I'm a cycling novice, Adam didn't make me feel out of place in the store, and he was happy to provide me all the info he knew I needed. I would recommend this store to anyone! Thanx heaps Adam & the Giant Bayside team for having such a great store, and fantastic attitude to customer service.

The team at Bayside I have dealt with twice lately and they are exceptional. They actually fitted a new break system on to our kids pram and did a great job. They are stand out with their customer service, very pleasant and charge very fairly. They have a great range of bikes in the store and have a huge knowledge base aswell. Been into the store to buy a couple of small items, but today was the first time my bike went in with a problem. A Saturday morning and the team were fastidious, friendly and fast, they educated me while looking at the problem and afterwards gave some further advise to improve my future riding experience. Thank you to bayside giant they have carried out another service on my mountain bike giving it a good looking over replacing a few damaged parts tuning and greasing the bike helping me keep the bike running like new. Reliable bike mechanics that know what they are doing. I took several bikes there (not Giant) and the mechanics were very helpful and experienced to rebuilt my freehubs and replace the bearings. Re-wire new DH breaks and bleed them. Very happy with the quick turnaround and professional attitude. Highly recommended.

My LIV bike is in good hand when I send it in for a service, or do silly things like fall off it and it needs some urgent TLC. Matt and the team at Giant bikes Tingalpa were amazing to deal with. They didn’t push a more expensive bike on my 12 year old son unlike other stores we visited. They listened, were lovely and so relaxed, we left the store positive we would be back and we were! Highly recommend!

These guys are just the best. Bought a bike from them. I tried a few other local bike shops and none of them are up to the same standard as these people. One of the local bike shops I found worse than unhelpful. I would strongly advise against shopping anywhere else.

Matt and the team always provide exceptional service. I have bought a couple of bikes and the after sales support is excellent. Recently they installed a bottom bracket and turned this around in a tight time frame for a very reasonable price.
