We were their customers for two and a half years. I would say we were on the lowest load and demand side on their business. Probably had 3 to 4 touch points over 30 months and paid them~ $6700. Each interaction was miserable for us. You read previous reviews and it is is pretty consistent. Moving in should have been an indication where Brenda and other staff would come and scream and annoy our movers for being a foot this way or that way albeit we and them were the only people in the area the entire day. Our movers charged us extra for the annoyance and extra work. This was their attitude all the way until we moved out. You owe them something and have to be happy they let you store things there. Not the other way. There is no customer service. We need to serve them and their needs. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could I would give them negative "stars" as even 1 is too much. They are by far the worst company I have dealt with in 25 years.

Brenda at Get Smart Storage didn't keep track of my notice to terminate my lease and over charged me one month ($110.74) to my credit card. I only needed a unit for one month and very clearly stated so upon signing up (on July 9th 2021). On August 16th she writes me to say she was surprised to find my unit empty on a routine check. I reminded her of the notice to terminate upon sign up and she says she needed 7 days notice, and that she hadn't put my move out in the schedule (not my problem). I pointed out that my notice exceed the minimum 7 days by several weeks, and she ghosted the conversation and made no attempt to rectify the situation. I am now left disputing the transaction on my credit card. I'd recommend avoiding this business.

My mother had a storage when she moved from her apartment and moved in with Me. I didn't know about her storage rental and when I found out about it my mother was in the early stage of dementia, I couldn't afford her arrears instead of maybe dropping the weekly late fees I could have handled it but they did nothing. No sense of community with that bunch cold uncaring selfish people I never have expected something for nothing but a little compassion would have made the difference now everything she had which isn't much photos and a few dishes are going up for auction in July. **UPDATE JULY 2022** We've just informed Brenda that we no longer require trailer storage as we'll be moving it to a seasonal site. She promptly revised our final bill and sent us a copy of our "Intent to Vacate". I strongly recommend Get Smart Storage. **PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW** I've used Get Smart Storage for my business storage needs as well as my personal storage needs. We've always found the staff, particularly Brenda, to be very friendly and helpful. We still use their services for an RV and would recommend them to anyone. Excellent value in my opinion.

Rented a storage unit here for 3 years and what an awful experience. Clean facility but unfortunately I don't think the term 'customer service' applies to this company. My husband and I rented a unit and barely ever went to grab items. But when we did, we frequently got yelled at by Brenda for little to no reason. The company was also extremely inflexible - moving out was a nightmare. They didn't allow our trailer for the move near our unit. Overall, avoid if you can.

Rented for a month and then had to extend by one week. That week was prorated. Brenda was friendly and efficient. Had no issues with our movers moving our stuff out. Place was clean and seemed very secure. Will be moving the rest of my stuff out at the end of the week. I only wish they had smaller units so I could stay there for my small items.

Been storing here for years, it's fairly safe but the bill comes in on a different day each month, mice have gotten into the unit, leaky ceiling, the hours of access have been shortened, minimal shade in the open hours, nails in the driveways have caused tire damage. Not the best honestly.

Expensive but professional. They have a 28 day cycle and that added some $ to the bill... instead of month to month... as in a normal 30-31 day. I hope they change that. But the space was clean, and access was easy.

This place is horrible. A lady there named BRENDA yelled at my 4 year old brother for PLAYING with the rocks, and then proceeded to yell at my grandmother for sticking up for him.

Brenda took amazing care of us, helping us with every detail of our unit and billing...... Very satisfied with the customer service she provided

Safe secure property with coded passage so they can track anyone who enters and when they leave. I feel my stuff is as safe as it is at home.
