Its a request to every please don't book from this traveling agency as they are not giving customers requirements comfort as a priority not even response properly.ln official hours service timing they keep there number switch off.They don't maintain there timing..That is the main issue we are traveling from different different states and if they not manage or maintain our time it is no use of ours holidays.Better you people go with another good agency.

Hope booking guys never answer for our query,we wait very doubtful whether we were being in proper pickup point r in travel because simply they say wait wait.after all we should get confirm from other customers who even stare as like us,i mean they to in doubt whether they waiting at right pick up point r not.. Booking agent atleast they ensure that sir u r right pickup point so need not to worry then sure we too even wait even if bus late.

Such a pathetic service provided by this travel agency, they are making fool to people for just earning a money, they will charge a customer by committing that if book a ticket there will be confirmed ticket but actually this is totally fake, they are not bother about customer concern, they actually just need money, first time I travel like this type of cheap travel agency. I will give 0 rating to this fake travel agency

It is just online ticket booking center not a travel agency.. But they will build up like they are having seperate buses.. If you go there they will charge you 1500 and book you tickets of 600 in redbus.. Also they won't tell exact timing and name of the bus also... Worst place and service I have ever seen.. They are all cheaters and also they have so many outside people cheaters also.

Very uncomplicated and unstructured way of organizing. Not in a bad way, my bus was punctual. I have been told to wait, suddendly a guy arrived (just in normal clothes, no uniform) screaming several destinations. some peoplegather around him, we cross the road towards a bus, that's it :) so impresssed by this unstructured way of organization.

No proper maintenance . . . Buses r not good .. . Not worth of booking from here or bus which r booked by these guys . . Within karnataka VRL are SRS r best . .. without informing they will cancel the buses nd in the last moment we will in the soup . . book only popular nd trusted agency buses

Please don't go to this travels, because they are full cheater,they call us and take money and send to other travels,after taking his commission .....Please don't go it is requesting.......And also they tell bus coming now and the bus come late...

Terribly poor service. Rude staffs.Well actually insanely unsensitive staffs. As seen in the image you can see the number of people suffering due to these entirely unorganised and abusing staffs.

These people are big cheaters. They will loot your money and provide worst services. Don't ever plan a trip with these agency.both money and trip will be big flop.

They are cheaters. Please negotiate while booking. I was told that it is a sleeper coach and finally they gave me seating. Terrible experience.

The location is easy to find and there are people waiting to lead you to your pickup station and the driver calls you before they leave

Very worst service. We made the booking at 8 clock bus and the bus came at 10:30 and there was a big quarrell.

Here not available clean water for passengers & there is no proper seats for customers …
