Worst salon and worst experience ever. I had gone here for facial and below are my experience 1) as soon as I entered, I noticed dirty bedcovers. To which there was complete denial and saying that it was clean. Later I found other people hair on the sheet 2) they did not share the list of facial, took me to the room and started recommending the most expensive facial and said their basic one would be bad for my skin. I don’t get it if it would be so bad then why do you have it in your menu. She kept upselling so much making it an uncomfortable experience. I selected a mid-range one which she said was kanpeki brand (Japanese) 3) the box came in and it had Sophia written on it. No mention of Kanpeki at all. At the back it said Ayurvedic. I was like this is not Japanese to which she said it comes in this packaging now. Really they also think their customers are fool. When the front desk person came in, she said this is an upgrade. She couldn’t explain how it was an upgrade. Finally decided to give completely different facial based on a foreign brand. 4) in the middle of massage, the person started yelling at the top of the lungs “Dheeeraj, dheeraj” she yelled for a min and I thought it must be something urgent. She ended up saying “I am with the client talk slowly” dude I couldn’t even hear anyone stop yelling in my ears. It seems like this salon doesn’t get people and don’t know what volume to talk in 5) AC wasn’t working in the room, when I mentioned it another denial .. later when the lights were closed, the vent didn’t even was connected to AC I could see the light through it 6) I came back with hurting eye because the person had zero attention to detail and shoved facial content in my eye worst more than 4000 rupees spent, please use at home spa services or other local spa / salon. They have spent at one place - buying good reviews here which they kept saying at the beginning of their sales pitch. I wish I had given this money to someone in need than wasting. Fix your staff give them training, fix your building and fix your products

Love the services and the ambiance at the salon . Everyone is extremely polite and give proper attention and care to the clients . Anyone can walk in here and get the service customized according to their likes. They take care to go the extra mile and provide suggestions too. For hair services Raaj is the person to go to . He will look at the quality of the hair and suggest appropriate treatments colour and cuts. Everyone in the salon is extremely professional and well talented . I have no complaints and only praises regarding the services offered by people here. Thanks a lot to everyone for taking such good care of me !

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with not just Geetanjali but any parlour I’ve even been to. I booked party makeups for weeding with them and believe me they have the most unskilled, unprofessional staff one could have. Their celebrity makeup is as bad as a naive person in makeup. They did such a bad makeup and hairstyle and were not apologetic about it. I had to pay them twice and their was so bad that I could even describe it in words. Seriously never thought to have such an experience with a brand like Geetanjali. Can’t even describe in words here how they behaved with me after providing such a pathetic service.

Worst experience.. The staff doesnot inform you about all the extra charges that will be added ( not talking about taxes) The cleanups are the worst no massages nothing..just mask and cream and they charge heavy amount for this saying we have mild packs blah blah.. Waxing lady didnot care to listen that i have sensitive skin..now my underarms burns because my skin came off..the worst staff they just care about my money not services. I recommend to not visit them..

Had an absolutely amazing haircut experience at Geetanjali in Lulu Mall! Big thanks to Sonu for the fantastic job. Very nice experience. sonu is such a nice person, behavior is too good and experienced hair expert and most cooperative . Staff is really very cordial.I loved the performance and work of sonu . He is very trained professional and his work culture is very nice . Also his pleasant behaviour is also recommendable. Loved his work.‍♀️

I got my mother’s and my makeup done by miss deepika and ruby. Both of them were too good and professional. We loved the makeup service. They understood our requirements and did exactly how we wanted our makeup to be. Highly recommend going to them for the makeup. The entire salon was very clean and professional. The store manager miss Disha was also very great. She made sure we get everything we wanted. Loved the service highly recommend it.

I visited the Geetanjali studio LuLu mall, went there for the ultimate hair treatment, Mr. Kashif did my hair. The whole experience was really comfortable, the salon is huge, nicely done and the services were top notch. After 10 days of the treatment, I would say the results were amazing, my hair turned out to be shiny and smooth, exactly like I envisioned them to be! Kudos to Mr. Kashif, thank you! I got my Global Hair colour with balayage done at GEETANJALI salon, lulu mall.!! And I must say results were mind blowing.. would definitely suggest this salon for your services! Kashif , being such a superb hair stylist, guided me throughout in choosing shade and everything as per my skin tone which really matters!! Ambience ⭐️ Beautiful! Amazing experience at geetanjali!!! All services are so good and relaxing! My mother got her pedicure done from Krishna and she was so so happy with the results!! Her feet looked so beautiful and clean! I also got my hair treatment done from Anant, he’s just the best and so skilled! I’m loving the texture of my hair. Over all the experience was just ultimate, so happy!

I visited this salon today for a clean up service. I was given service by Ruby. She was very good and gave me good consultation on my skin and what I can do to maintain it better. My skin after the service feels very clean and soft. Would definitely recommend Ruby and this salon for a clean up service. Staff is very courteous and diligent with what they do.

I had an amazing experience here. My stylist kashif was very kind and gave me an outstanding experience. Kashif guided me so nicely about my hair color helping in which color will suit on my hair according to complexion of my face He transformed my hair and how. I love the way he did highlights. After visited Geetanjali Saloon, Disgusting customer service inside saloon, first they allow me, after manager came and said right now trading going on service not available, I just want to know training for who? I have done facial here ,honestly i had pimples at my face and also acne for a long time bt when i met a staff named Ms Apurwa she treated me like mam its just a pimple you don't worry and i took only two time facial from her omg her hand on my face is so amazing ,and also her behaviour is so sweet.Thnkxx to Miss apurwa

The staff were very nice and offered great service. I got a facial done and highly recommend Ms. Ruby for the facial - her hands have magic in them. This is the first time I got a facial done after a bad early experience many years ago and she was very gentle and offered the best massage alongside the facial.

I always had a wonderful experience at geetanjali salon. The manager Disha she is very sweet and humble person. Anant is a wonderful person and a knowledgeable person too. He always done my hair service. Pedicure was done by Krishna and I am satisfied with the service.

Went to Geetanjali for a facial and hair cut. Deepika gave me a lovely face massage and facial, leaving my skin glowing and hydrated. A great experience overall. Wish the prices were a little more affordable, but otherwise, a good experience.
