Geek Squad can help resolve computer problems. They're reliable, and frankly, if they can't troubleshoot your issue, it may be time to invest in some new hardware. Thankfully, I haven't had to use them a whole lot in the past few years. I
I am updating my review of Geek Squad at this particular store. The managers did an excellent job of resolving our issue. In the future our family would be happy to do business with the in-store Geek Squad staff.
