I love it here, it's the best deal in town. Also, please be advised that the whacho with the rainbow hair (Jon Listug) who gave the park a bad review is not a customer. Jon Listug is a drug addict that I personally had to chase away for parking on the street, and blasting his music at 6:AM. I tried to talk to him politely, but before I could finish a sentence, the guy had an emotional meltdown. I don't understand why he chose Charles St to do his drugs and play his music at 6:AM? He thinks HIS MUSIC is more important than hard working people getting enough sleep. The guy has some serious issues. I am sure he has never had a real job, and has no concept of being normal.

Only stayed one night. Park is well maintained and very clean. Mostly full time residents. Several spaces for overnighters. Call in advance. Electric and water for overnight stay. Dump station to get you ready for the next part of your trip. Owner was very accommodating, friendly and enjoyable to visit with. I visited with a couple of the residents as well. Very friendly. We traveled from South Texas to San Jose in a 22' motor home. The weather was beautiful and the folks at Garden City RV park are great. Thanks again Pete !

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour une nuit et nous nous sommes fait accueillir comme a la maison l'endroit est tout fleuri et le propriétaire que dire un homme qui nous a aide qui a été souriant et nous a fait rire, qui respire la simplicité. Les personnes sur les lieux aussi, un autre etant venu nous parler aussi tres souriant. De plus les toilettes etait propre et les douches aussi (attention les douches sont payante mais 0,50$ les 5minutes) un endroit que je vous recommande vivement.

Zeer vriendelijke manager en zeer behulpzaam. We stonden op de rijbaan op het park bij de ingang. De manager regelde direct een vuilnisbak en zorgde dat de lekkage bij de aansluiting van de RV verholpen werd. Verder is het rv park niet veel. Alleen vaste plaatsen en omdat Cruise Amerika dichtbij zit alleen voor een nacht geschikt. Midden op een industrie terrein. Sanitair wel verouderd maar prima douches. $1,00 voor 10 minuten. Very professional and thorough. Great bbq outside patio,shopping centers, car shops,freeway 101and 280 access. Children's playground nearby in fast food place. Pet friendly and very clean environment with very easy available hookups. Laundry room use and water included in lease payment. Electrical separate. Mr. Peter was very helpful and open for any concerns. Shed available in vehicle parking spot.

Great park. Very small but our 30ft Hitchhiker Discover America is a perfect fit for our site. Very clean park, nice laundry, and paved roads. Great biking right from park. Green bike path all the way to the Gaudiloupe Trail. The staff is second to none. I have never in all of our travels met a nicer group of people. If you don't like this park you will not be happy anywhere.

I just happened to be passing by, I needed to charge my phone and stopped by. The owner was very kind and offered the assistance that I needed. This gave me time to look at the area and I found that it was nicely kept, clean and had a friendly atmosphere! They certainly do a fantastic job at keeping customers and maintaining their property! Thank you!

Place is clean, management is friendly, and they were very helpful. Unfortunately there is no place in the park they allow your dog to pee or poop(even though we will pick it up). And outside the park there are a lot of sketchy people and homeless and that was what we have to do to go outside the premises for our dog to take care of business.

Da am nächsten Tag der Camper abgegeben werden musste wurde der Platz in der Nähe ausgesucht. Eigentlich kein Platz mehr frei, der Platzwart machte aber unkompliziert die Übernachtung möglich (mal eben eine Verlängerungsschnur für den Strom, ein Abzweig an die Wasseranlage. Danke Stan. Der Platz kriegt 4 Sterne, Stan aber 5+

Haben für den Stellplatz mit allem 44$ pro tag bezahlt. Hatten einen 22ft Camper. Bus station vor Ort um in Richtung City zu kommen . Umsteigen in den Zug ,bis Endstation fahren und dann wieder mit dem Bus bis Fishermans Warf. Es darf mit ca. 100$ hin und zurück gerechnet werden pro Person. Waren hier vom 20.06.19 - 23.06.19

Extremely noisy at 5 am. The campground is next to a garbage company truck facility and the noise from the trucks backing up was awful. Some campsites are nothing more than a paved parking space. Campground was close to downtown which we needed as we had an appointment there at 9 am.

Wi-Fi is really slow if you like to hang out and chat with management at random times this is the place for you I feel the spaces between each RV is really tight but it's an RV park so it's RV parking I will recommend because it's doing what it's supposed . …

Such a nice man working the front. My family was evacuated due to caldor fire. He helped us with our RV as we just got it and just learning the ropes. The people who live here are so nice as well. Could not have have nicer neighbors honestly. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Management is good,friendly and professional. Park is clean and well maintained. The park is next door of garbage center, gets noisy and smells bad. Sites are very tight. On the other hand, the location is very conveinent. Close to everything.

Stan and Pete are what you want in a land lord. Single nights are kinda/sorta available for transient RVs, but you're pretty much guaranteed a spot in their overflow spaces. They're booked solid ($38/night) for the next 2 years or so ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌

This park is mostly folks that rent by the month but Peter was able to put us up for 2 nights. It was tight quarters for our 36' motorhome but with his help we got it in. The park is in an industrial area but it was amazingly quiet at night.

I called first to see if I could empty tanks and fill fresh water. With the owner's permission I stopped in to do so. It was $20.00. He allowed me to do a quick cleanup and fill the water in my batteries as well. Needed to fix a tail

Next door to a trash processing facility. It is a great place, or a terrible place, depending on which way the wind is blowing. The management is very kind and accommodating. This place has a 100% occupancy rate most of the time.

Peter, the manager is the real deal and Mexican gentleman that helps maintain the park is very nice. Laundry is very modern and clean. Fair pricing and close to I-101. Stayed for 0ne month.

The only place we could find to dump our Rv tanks. Called ahead and the gentleman as very nice and only charged $20. The park is very clean and quiet. Highly recommend. …

A great place to park! We only wish we could stay longer than a few days, however there are waiting lists for just about every RV park down here. Back to the drawing board.

This is very, very tight for a 45’ RV. If I had been towing, I could not have turned around to get back out. RV dump was closed and no one had the key. Better call first.

Cool and helpful people that live there but they require Rv's to be 10 years or younger. So our 2005 fully remodeled Rv wasn't good enough.
