This place had always been my favorite supermarket to go to until today. They have good selections and very nice and friendly staffs. HOWEVER, today I was told to get out of the store because I carried my service animal in a carrier when we were cashing out already. This person didn't even ask me if this was a service animal and told me to "GO OUT NOW" with a very condecending attitude. As I walked out the store and left my partner to pay, she was still complaining and murmuring after I choose to step back. This person surprisingly turned out to be the manager of the store. She was STILL telling my partner that I don't care about anyone and I shouldn't bring animals here while I was waiting outside with my service animal in a carrier. I don't understand what's the problem of this manager. It's something we could've communicated easily. But she choose to be manipulative of what I should think and do. It's such a terrible experience. All their other staffs were always wonderful and nice to us.

Its an Asian store, not quite a supermarket, but somewhat overpriced. certain items can be purchased for cheaper at alternative Asian supermarkets, though some items are exclusive to galleria (or at least less available elsewhere). The inside is small and the aisles narrow, so its difficult to walk with a large backpack or in a group with your friends. When I visited with three others, some of us had to hang back at the eating area by the front door because we didn't want to accidentally bump into the items in the aisles while navigating as a whole group. Other than that, I suppose it's an ok store, good for your shrimp chip crackers or to get a platter of pre-made sushi.

Pretty good spot! For some reason the Korean/Asian Presence is really taking over downtown. It's probably the instant noodles and tasty food options. I grew up on this stuff. Love it. Having it next door and affordable, even better. It closes late and has great staff. It's always clean and polite as well. It's a little smaller than most markets, but that's to be expected in downtown Toronto. The selection is unfortunately, respectively smaller as well. Basically, not much selection but has all the important stuff. Welcome to downtown. I hope you're here for a long long time.

I often use this store cuz it’s close to my place. And today my non- Korean husband went to check if they have our favourite Chinese mala sauce. (I am korean and it was my idea to check the store cuz they carry a lot of Japanese and Chinese products) and what the staff at the cash said was “ this is Korean store” as if he is ignorant about asian culture or something. Don’t go there is you are not Korean and don’t know EXACTLY know what you want. They don’t know how to accommodate international customers. Very disappointed

Things are just far too expensive and service workers here are atrocious. They need to improve their manner. With expensive product sold, maybe the shop should crunch their number to pay workers more because they seem so unhappy all the time. Or if you already do, then maybe you should replace them. I am not coming here anymore because coming back here would mean that I am rewarding their inferior customer service.

Very convenient location for an asian grocer. A bit crowded of a layout, and often hard to move around with their basket. Often times the Staffs have unshelved items laying around the ailes, blocking the already thin walk spaces. This actually happen alot since me and partner go there pretty regularly and would notice stuffs laying around everywhere. Other than that, it's a decent little brand of this chain.

The store is always very clean and organized. The have recently got rid of the section where you can sit and eat as well as the ordering hot food counter. In replacement, they have expanded allowing more shelves and more variety of products to be offered. They also installed self checkout stations to expedite the wait times while checking out. They have widen the aisle to better spacing for COVID.

Good location to get your Korean groceries if you are not picky about brands for frozen goods or cuts of meat. They also have a great hot food area (though Hmart has a better one) and excellent selection for instant noodle and snacks. There is also contact free pay options. Only downside is that the location does not provide free bags and there is no free parking nearby.

Small Korean grocery store located downtown that has a variety of imported products and a small hot foods section. There is a large section for refrigerated vegetables and other products along the wall and in the middle area. Prices feel reasonable compared to its competitors. There are stairs at the entrance, so it is not accessible for those in wheelchairs.

Great little Asian supermarket. Dense with wide variety of products. North Amercian products are a little pricey but prices are fair and quite decent for Asian food products and produce. Very hand y if you want to cook a good meal. Service is great! They noticed my bean sprouts werent the best quality at checkout and grabbed me a fresh bag. Love this place!

My first time here. I needed tomatoes but was curious about the store in general as I enjoy Asian grocers and cuisine. I was not disappointed. Many of my favourite items were here. As a grocereteria it's quite well stocked and clean. I would have no fear of consuming anything spoiled from here. Cashiers are helpful and friendly too.

  • Natalia Bakaeva

There are grocery options and lunch options. I go to this store for many items, starting from fresh vegetables, some house products all the way to chocolate and even lunch/dinner meals sometimes. Great place to shop on the daily basis, however you would find prices for vegetables here are higher than Freshco, for instance.

Terrible service! At the time of paying the bill, because of the different ways of paying, the waiter's face of disdain, tone is also particularly bad. I think they need to respect every customers, they giving the way to pay the bill so it signify we can do it. If they don't like it please don't give this choice.

Price is the best feature for prepared meals. If you are an early launcher, you will have ample choices to choose late breakfast and early lunch. I am a fan of their small dishes on rice for example, fried chicken I haven't tried as yet. This space is becoming my fast food solution for Korean in neighborhood.

  • Alejandro Ortiz Jr

Has a wide range of selections, staff is friendly and helpful! Store aisles are a bit tight so take care while shopping as you might bump onto things. One of the best things i find here are the snacks and the ready made food and they have a dining area for people who want to eat after shopping.

  • Jason Chiu

Great offer with always fresh ingredients, very elaborate Korean noodle collection to choose from and definately check out their kimchi as well. Salmon offers are rare but great if found. Great loyalty programme for 10x points paid by debit card, hopefully this will be kept in the long run.

  • W L

Always a positive experience here. Nice and courteous staffs. I love their curry chicken but it is always so hard to find...maybe they don't make it every day? I'm not sure...as no staff seems to know either (most of their English are very basic). I also recommend their sashimi salad!

  • Ren

They have a really lovely shopping cart (for kids?), works perfectly for me. But the greatest things are their employees, they are very helpful and friendly. When my backpack is full, she helped me to re-organise it so I can put everything in there (without asking). Thank you so much!

  • Max M.X. L

I've been buying this red bean bread in here for years and I really enjoy shopping in Gallerian as they provide various asian foods & drinks. However, I found there's a FRUIT FLY in the package and still Alive! This is INTOLERABLE and I don't want to purchase bread in here anymore.

  • Ja Ga

Good place to shop, not necessarily cheap but not crazy expensive either. Get their yummy 'fried chicken', as it sells out nightly! Their Korean Cashiers are super cute. Be prepared for a language barrier, if you don't speak their native tongue, but they will try to help though. .

To a big fan of Galleria Supermarket like me, this mini version of Galleria Supermarket is my savior whenever I'm craving for Korean food at work. The variety of ready-to-eat food is great. Fast service and nice staff. I wish it's closer to my workplace then I can visit more.

  • Chris

Always a good experience shopping here. It's a small grocery, great for last minute odds and ends. They have a great selection of Korean grocer items, from cooking ingredients to instant noodles, and pre-made meals. If you've never been, it's worth checking out!

  • Royston Shek

Has a fair amount of selection in a small space. Price is similar to the H Mart nearby. There is an attached Mom's Kitchen that serves food. There are deals on dishes at the end of the day which look like a good deal but don't necessarily taste that great.

  • Ms Voyager

Great place for Korean food. Prices are fair for downtown prices. Between H-Mart and here, prices can vary for individual items but I feel like Galleria is cheaper. Good take out food. Very friendly staff. Also, after 7pm they have 20% off hot food items.

  • Maria S

I’ve been to the Spadina location as well as Yonge. Yonge/Wellesley is my preferred locations as it’s near my place. The staff are always nice. I wish they would acknowledge customers who try to speak some Korean to them tho. Besides that,

  • Bonnie Kook

Go in there and get Mom's chicken. You can get half half which is half fried chicken amd half with spicy sauce. You can also get it extra spicy. Even with the price increase i still think its still one the best chicken deals out there plus

  • Steven Limasi

Really good asian grocer with a large variety of items! They carry everyday items as well which is super convenient! It is a bit cramped but that usually is not an issue! Would recommend to anyone who are trying to find asian ingredients.

  • Cécile Nguyen

Good promotions for ready to eat items, they have a small section with fresh bakery and pastry items at affordable prices. I picked the peanut butter cream bread sandwiches and it was so fresh and tasty. The toasted almond slices on top

  • Jessica Wong

Pre ordered Mom's chicken because we happened to be in the area, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, but ended up taking an additional 15 minutes (45 total). Ours was the only order. Chicken was good, but just an FYI on the timing.

This Korean grocery store, part of a Toronto chain and conveniently located next to the Wellesley subway station, is a place that I regularly visit for its day-old produce and its inexpensive prepared Korean foods. There are many other

  • Andrew Ng

It has a respectable variety of Korean and other Asian groceries at decent prices. They're helpful as well. Having a hot food section is the best part cos you can just buy the food and eat it at their seating area.

  • A E

Compared to H-Mart and other Pacific Asian markets downtown, I find Galleria prices are the best and they carry a lot of the products I like to buy. Great place to get some staple Korean and east Asian ingredients.

  • Amber Chong

I would not recommend hot food items here. Grabbed kimchi pork from the store and it was cooked with bad meat, tasted horrible, smelled horrible. Please take a look at this review and don't try any hot food items

  • RACHAEL LEE

I often to go to Galleria cuz it’s close to me than Hmart, but the Cashier girl that I met today was rude and rush for no reason, I don’t know if she is having a bad mood or just having an attitude …

  • Tony C

I bought two dosiraks (lunch boxes) Sunday night around 11pm. The girl did not even give me chopsticks so I couldn't eat them on my way home. The quality of service in this branch is the worst.

  • Grace (qwac)

it is bit overpriced and has somewhat lack of options, but you can find most of general asian cuisine related stuff here. Every Wednesday they do 10% off for students so its not too bad.

  • Sarah Fisher

Really happy to have Korean groceries so close to downtown. I'm almost always able to find pork bones for soup and the selection of condiments and instant ramen packages is amazing.

  • John Ford

Korean grocery store, also has precooked hot meals as well as a variety of Korean household items. The food is generally good and nicely prepared. Staff are friendly and helpful..

  • Hamid Tahmasebi

so cool have nice access. has complete goods and low price. I bought hanger and choclate, tuna, salt I think you must go once in every month. has many branch in whole of Toronto.

  • Solomon Kurtz

I shopped here when my mom was in the hospital. Even though I'm not Korean myself, I still tried this grocery store. They have butter, Korean cookies, hot sauces, and cream buns.

  • Gad Acosta

Good store, excellent Korean products and good fresh vegetables. They have small packages of fish and a wide variety of noodles. The athmosphere is friendly and service is good.

  • David

Small store, but a good selection of groceries and household items. Plus, of course, a great place to get Korean items. Prices are all good, with some good specials sometimes.

  • JY Kim

They have good variety of Asian food ( mostly Korean and some Japanese and Chinese). I like getting the ready made meals from here. Good quality food for affordable prices.

  • teamleaderleo

Nice Korean grocer. Has some nice instant noodle/instant ramen selections. I really like the one with the yellow/brown packaging and soy sauce flavouring.

  • A “Google User”

This is an easily accessible location but I wish they would offer the flyer prices because some items are too high. They used to follow flyer prices.

  • T.

Small Korean grocery store carrying most of what you'll need like dried foods, a small selection of fresh produce, household items and cooked food.

  • Rebecca Kang

Pretty convenient for an express grocery store Has lots of Korean food and they also cater to buying for one! The hot foods are good too!

  • Mehdi Eftekhari

The newly installed self checkout stations makes it easy to buy w/e you need faster. Good selection of items available in store.
