I won't say they deserved less than 4 stars, because I only tried one thing on their menu. To have a more accurate rating, I would need to try more on their fairly wide-ranged menu. The burger I got was $14.50 which is decent, but I don't believe the quantity matched the price, the quality was good enough for bar food. I would've rather have had it cost $12 and have worse quality personally. The fries weren't bad, when they were hot and fresh, they were crispy; but, they kind of tasted like fish, like they had fried fish and the fries in the same vat of oil and the flavors transferred. Luckily, I like fish and chips, but I could see someone having a problem with it if they were allergic or just don't like fish. One of the only problems I really had was that their drinks are poured veerrrryy weak. $6 for a whiskey coke that had about 1 oz of liquor and 8 oz of coke. Their cheese curds were also not cheese curds, they were more like mozzarella cheese bites. They weren't bad, they are just not described accurately. I'll probably end up returning, and when I do, I'll edit this post to more accurately reflect their rating.

9/28 - I just waited 50 minutes for a togo order. I called 4 times (maybe if the music was not BLASTING they would hear it) before walking in and placing a order at the bar at 6:30. I walked to DQ and ordered at 6:38 and back at Galls by 6:50. I did not leave until 7:20 because my food was given to another person. This chain of events cause my ice cream to melt. Way more than tax discount. Food was good tho! I even gave another star. But the recovery time for a mess up needs to be quicker. The 7:12 time on the ticket is when it was reentered to remake im assuming. Got a 5 dollar discount but that doesnt cover my time or ice cream. I get my wings with a different amount of sauce everytime. This time they were dryer than they ever been and some parts not even covered. Sauce them bad boys up! Fries have 0 flavor. 11/27 - Buffalo wings. NO Sauce!

Kendall was our Server & rocked! + salute to Gallagher's early game-day specials including Mimosas for $3. We sat at the high tops next to the bar with an easy view of the numerous TVs. The staff is accommodating in switching channels if need be. There are no time restrictions on the traditional sports bar menu with a few twists - breakfast, seafood, wings, burgers, beer, wine & cocktails. Throughout watching the game (Go Giants) Kendall took great care of our party of four & we couldn't have been more pleased with her friendly interaction & service. Prices are doable food & drink-wise. For the V-Crew only the Impossible Burger, nothing much else. Even for a 10A game, it was a nice vibe throughout the restaurant amongst friendly patrons.

Band was amazing! The capacity for us on the patio to be able to sit, required a cool dude named Gus to grab chairs from his back porch for us to sit on!! Southwest chicken salad was amazing. Margaritas were meh..even with Don at 10.00a shot. Service was not the bestest. But they must have been unexperienced. Dude could not handle the tables. Menus didn't get brought to us, but to another table that was sat after us. That was not cool. Then we had 2 servers tap out but help out it was just weird. Literally will only go again for the band...management could been hecka better!

The jalapeño nachos were delicious!!! The Chipotle Raspberry wings were amazing!!! We ordered some regular sodas and that was the meal even though I think these menu items were appetizers. The nachos could easily be split between 2-3 adults. I rated a 4 because I had to ask for a menu, silverware, napkins, and the drinks after 10 minutes, then after telling someone that, immediately a different waiter came over and asked for the same things. This wasn't a huge issue just annoying and irritating. Otherwise the visit was good.

  • B

Wings were terrible. Not even cooked all the way. Margarita didn't taste good either. Ben (I'm assuming is the manager) was a complete jerk. No customer service skills whatsoever. Kayla our waitress seemed like she had an attitude from the beginning. Jamie (our other waitress) was the only good part about our time there. She was friendly. Will not be going here again. Do not recommend.

Been waiting ten minutes, at the bar, for some kind of acknowledgement or some kind of drink/beer menu, whatever to get an idea what kind of drink I'm looking for. Meanwhile this lovely lady comes in, now she's probably a regular since the bartender was very quick to give her a drink napkin and her drink. I had to ask the server, not bartender, what kind of alcohol they had and give me some information. She was very nice and very helpful. That's the only positive side.

Immediately greeted upon arriving. Staff quickly arrived to our table to take our drink orders. All staff were friendly, precise and efficient. Pretty good selection of beer, both local and mass produced. I loved my southwest turkey sandwich and fries. Was a bit noisy but not beyond what I would expect in this setting on a Friday evening.

Place is in my neighborhood, so I’ve visited 5 times or so. Quality and speed are all over the place. Went today at around 3:00, outside speakers were cranked up & so blown out that the just buzzed. The food was slow about 20 min + to get two sandwiches. My buffalo wrap had a gross amount of sauce and where were the other wrap ingredients? The kitchen is more off than on & servers quit during service. Also, expensive ( 2 sandwiches & 2 soft drinks =$50).

Never had anyone show up at our table for service after waiting 15 minutes. Walked out the front door and my wife and I drove down the road and ate a another restaurant. Had a great meal and spent a little under $40 at another restaurant. Owner and server lost a grand total of around 40 and I found another place to spend money on eating out that provided service.

Wow this place food was amazingly bad. I had the turkey melt, and it was horrible. Turkey was dry, one very small piece of avocado, and the bread was soooo bad. Four of us had lunch, every meal was bad. Place was dark and gloomy, only thing kept me from giving a one star was the service. Find another place for lunch

The food is excellent, but the service at the bar was terrible today. Rebekah did not even give me a menu and she took forever to do anything. I almost left because I thought I didn't look good enough to be in their establishment. She is horrible at making someone feel welcome because I felt unwelcome. I stayed in the restaurant a long time observing her and she is in the wrong line of work and obviously wants to be somewhere else.

I rolled up on a sleepy Monday afternoon, seeking out the US men’s soccer match versus El Salvador. I was greeted immediately by Benjamin and I was accommodated with a TV screen all to myself a server quickly arrived grab my order of happy hour wings, happy hour, Cobb salad and some beer. it was a rather quiet place but again it was a Monday and right around dinner time of 6 PM and beyond it’s starting to get busy.

Third pound hamburger with shoestring french fries ask for a medium-rare got a dead hamburger but still was a little juicy. The bun was the same size as the hamburger but it was a very large bun. My wife had the El Cubano that was very flavorful it has pulled pork and ham. With a normal hoagie bun. Mike was very professional and got the order correct even without writing it down. Very proficient.

  • mike beason

It's OK. I wish the jukebox worked. I've been going there for over three years now, and not once has the jukebox worked. NOT ONCE IN THREE YEARS!! They always say they have issues, but I think it's a lie. I think the manager doesn't appreciate having it in the building. I offer this review as a public service. I've probably lost $40 over the years thinking the jukebox works.

I feel so bad for the AWESOME staff that has to make excuses for ALL the DEAD TV's...especially in the bar area! Spacious place with an inviting atmosphere but really beginning to look run down. I can't comment on the food but nothing i witnessed being served looked extraordinary nor even enticing. Curious to know how the other locations outside of south Phoenix fare?

Had a great first experience here at the bar with Kyla, as it was my sons 21st birthday! She recommended 2 of the best mixed shots I’ve had and whipped up some of the classics shots! Great bartender, will be back. Made my son’s “First” legal shot memorable!

I've had a few things off the menu so far everything has been good "standard bar food" sliders, wings and club sandwich. Really no complaints the portions are good. They have an OTB plus lots of TVs. I like to sneak over here for lunch since it's close to work. That's a picture of the flatbread pretty much a personal pizza

Me and my 3 sister's went to eat today and we sat at the table for 20min. No one never came over. Two white couples came in and sat down and they went to their table soon as they say down. No one never came to our table. VERY POOR SERVICE. Not African American Service Friendly.

Well, we went here to have some drinks and watch the Coyote/ Wild game. That’s the only package they don’t carry that gets them a hometown team’s hockey games. Food was bar food and service was okay. Get all your local sports teams’ games if you’re going to call yourself a sports bar.

Great place, clean, great servers, 30+ TV's. Chicken wings/drums are smoked (yum) and now add your sauce! The bake fish was cooked to perfection and no problem with substituting sides. Cannot wait until football season too start!
