Excellent customer service!!! I came to Gadgets Store North Finchley to buy a phone cover. As this was meant to be a gift for someone, I wasn’t quite sure whether the one I have chosen would fit. The store owner was very kind and explained that I can bring it back for an exchange if it does not fit, and it didn’t. I brought it back and he has exchanged the phone cover with no hesitation as he promised! Because of this positive experience, his friendly attitude and my Macbook Air laptop being due for maintenance, I have decided to bring it to this sore. The store owner answered all my questions, gave me advice regarding files backup and what size of an external storage device I needed, ordered it and helped me to install it as it needed some compatibility to Mac set up. I was amazed how helpful the team was! When I came to pick up my computer after the maintenance, I was told that my computer might have viruses! I knew that there was something strange going on with the laptop at times but I did not take too much of a notice as I believed that Mac cannot catch a virus! I made some changes in the settings about a year ago when I was trying to download something. I was very pleased that they have identified this problem in time, before it got more serious! Consequently, I have had the computer cleared from viruses. I did not have to go back and forth, they understood that this was an unexpected issue and they were very flexible and fast in fixing it. I was told that the computer would be ready for collection in 3 hrs and it was!!! When I thought that everything was sorted, my computer ‘cleaned inside out’, I struggled to get my printer working. So I went back to the shop and once again, the customer service was EXCELLENT!!! I brought my printer to the shop and the store owner has assisted me with this query immediately. My experience with Gadgets Store North Finchley was faultless and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Being such a happy customer, I have no reason to look anywhere else.

This is an excellent place to go if you have a phone or computer or some gadget you need fixing. I visited them this week. They were all very pleasant and helpful. I met Bill and and two other guys. They spent a long while on my phone and didn’t rush me at all and fixed my problem. I was really impressed with their knowledge and their patience. I had felt a bit nervous going in as I don’t know anything about technology but they were not dismissive or pretentious at all just really nice guys honestly I was so grateful and happy when I left. I reckon they could fix any problem they all seem to know their stuff and they seem to enjoy what they do. Their fees are really really reasonable too they are most definitely not money grabbers in fact I offered them more but they wouldn’t accept it!! I am not exaggerating I really recommend his shop if you have a problem or need any gadget fixing or have any issues with computers, printer, phones and all that kind of stuff. A great team of guys. Friendly staff who are knowledgable and enthusiastic about the technology However, went in with a phone, needed a charger. They saw the phone, said they had the charger for it (second hand). We bought the charger. Charger did not plug in. We went back (literally 30 mins after buying) and they said the socket in the phone was damaged hence reason for charger not working. No refund policy, so tough luck We'd spent £150 on a second hand phone from them earlier this year, so I thought under the circumstances it would have been fair to take the charger back as they'd made cash out of us. Plus, come on!!! the charger ( which they'd sold us for a phone we'd put in front of them) was in our possession for 30 mins before we returned That's why I'm giving 2 stars and a warning, buy as seen, no returns- better of with eBay

Attached phone was received just 30mins ago. £200 paid and the result is that. All staff were helpful but at the end of the day I feel disappointed and being taken advantage of my situation. Because if I say "I don't want this phone" or "fix it" then it will take a while again but I desperately need my phone. Their approach was like that. "That happened while we're fixing it. Don't worry about it. Just a paint damage" or "it won't cause anything functional" So what??!! I know all these. Wouldn't it be good to be offered a deduction, refund for the cost of damage or compensation? At least a sorry?!!! This is not normal! To all users, if you don't want to hassle, go to manufacturer service directly. Costs are almost same and at least they have policies and principles. Thanks for your patience whilst reading :)

I bought a re conditioned mobile phone from this store in August.The service I received was just brilliant.The gentleman was so kind and helpful changing all the information from my old phone to my new one....I am not very technical and he was beyond the call of duty.I would highly recommend this store and would definitely shop there again. I again had AMAZING service from this shop today.My husbands very old phone battery was not working....the lovely guy checked it but said he did not have that battery.However he told me to go over the road where there was a shop that he thought would be able to help me..I went to the shop he suggested,and they supplied a new battery.I cannot praise this shop more, they are just brilliant.Any pc problems I have in future I will take to them.....many thanks again.

Worst experiance ever, liars and cheats! Wen't to the store a month ago and was recommended a pair of earphones from one of the staff, told that they were his favourite pair. Two weeks later I was travelling and they stopped working. Wen't back to the store and got them exchanged for a pair of so called 'Apple earpods'. Asked the guy twice are they genuine Apple earpods cost me £20.00!! The guy told me that they were genuine. When I got home I had a doubt in my mind so wen't to compare them with my sisters Apple Earpods which she had recieved with her new Iphone... and came to know that the ones I bought were not real. I'm extremely annoyed on two occasions! Will never go back there again, was recommending this shop to my friends and family but will definitely tell them my experiance!

Believe or not, I was today in dream store - Gadgets Store. Apart from high professionality and attitude, which makes you feel like a welcome relative or friend, they definitely know something more that others don't. The way they serve is not to force you to buy, but to understand what's better for you and because they find really the best options. I saw it repeatedly with every customer. Explanations are very clear and easy understandable. Amazing. They are ready to help with any technical problems (if it's in their power). Thank you, highly recommend.

Best customer services and nice place to get your electronic items: Location: very easy to reach located on the main road Display: Nice and clean center, very nice and welcoming staff always try there best to give you the best solution Price: There price are very economical but it is good compare online to be sure Parking: well in London always a difficult thing to answer. It is better to check for little earlier on the main road I think there is parking but no free Nearby: There are alot of different shops available shoes; grocery, clothes and etc

I felt I needed to write a review given the service I've received from the team at The Gadget Store in North Finchley. Unbelievably understanding (I was very stressed) in helping me with my broken HP Laptop, went above and beyond to help and keep within my budget. Really patient, great attention to detail and swift service. Would absolutely recommend. I've used them before for my previous Macbook, various Samsung mobile phones and buying accessories and they are always excellent. A must for anyone looking for an IT repair in North London. *****

Friendly and efficient service from the manager and assistant. I was told beforehand what the problem(s) may be and the cost of each component. After I dropped off the phone I was called about 45 minutes later with details of the damage and cost, which was cheaper than previously thought as the LCD screen did not need replacing only reconnecting. The work was done immediately and a glass screen protector was thrown in for free. Highly recommended and I will definitely visit again for repairs or to buy a second hand phone if necessary.

Went a few times to buy games here. The first impression is, ok, these guys are nice and friendly etc etc. But after, I realized that things don't seem so after a few serious questions. Be careful here, as I am not sure all these positive reviews are real to begin with. Here's a test to the people working in it: ask them where they are from and you will understand what I mean. Took my 2013 Macbook Pro to have a whole bunch of work done to it. New battery, new usb and headphone ports, servicing and factory reset. They did such a great job. I basically have what feels like a brand new macbook now. Everything running super smooth and the guys in there went the extra mile by helping me install new operating systems and creating user accounts. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and the job was a very fair price.

Great service and would happily recomend this repair shop, had an issue with my wifes phone which another repair shop had failed to repair after 3 days and rounded the screws off as well. They clearly explained to me all the options and then managed to fix the phone in under an hour, very pleased :)

Well where do I start first went yesterday to get the computer, and if it wasn't for my small bit of knowledge of PC's they where willing to sell it without its gaphic card and ssd, and operating system, be warned not a great time there.

It’s good but when I repaired my old iPad 8th generation you could see the glue on the top Also never get your screen protector put on hear because the DONT clean the screen before they do it.

Bought a brand new macbook air for £829 from Gadgets Store, same macbook in apple store was £949. Got a year's warranty. They helped me setup the new macbook. Excellent service :)
