I can't speak highly enough about the experience we had letting Hennock's excellent team handle our London move. He was responsive via email as we worked out the best type of truck for the job and how much time we realistically needed. As it turns out, his recommendation for a larger truck for a shorter period of time (and less $) was the best option. Thanks for that flag! Come move day, a two-person team led by Sam arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and got all of our belongings loaded into the truck in a intelligent and speedy fashion. The same on the receiving end, with items all stashed where they needed to go without any discoveries of broken or damaged belongings after the fact! I can't thank you guys enough for providing such friendly and professional service during what can so often be a frustrating and unpleasant moving experience.

Absolutely outstanding service .. GT Removals are absolutely crucial to the success of my company's interior design installations .. we can rely on them at the drop of a hat, and they are always 100% professional with all of our clients, which is essential in high-end private homes. Everyone who comes into contact with the team -whether friends or client - comments on how professional and efficient they are. I cannot recommend them highly enough for furniture installs, assembly of items or house moves.

Booked them 9 days before our moving date and then on the day itself, they couldn't help us because of a delay (or whatever it was) and sent another company. The other company were great but they were 2 hours later than we arranged, which really screwed up our day. We had to cancel our cleaner and clean the property ourselves. I reached out to GT Removals afterwards to tell them about the inconvenience and they ignored me.

Movers (father and son from Eritrea) were on time and worked incredibly fast, while being cautious with any delicate pieces. They made sure to secure everything in the van and drove carefully over the many speed bumps that were on the way to my flat. Super friendly as well and loaded and unloaded within just an hour (another company took more than twice as long). Would 100% recommend and happily book again!

5 star experience, very responsive over email, very reasonable price compared to any other options. Quick service on the day and really lovely movers. I moved within one hour (one room of stuff and a 3 mile drive between properties) and everything was seamless. Would recommend over any services such as anyvan which do not give you the same flexibility, service and precise window of time for arrival. 10/10

This has been the best experience I have ever had with a moving company in London. Henock sorted a van out for me the THE NEXT DAY. He was polite and responded very fast. Samson and Dave were right on time and did an incredible job moving my belongings. Overall very great reliable company who really care about customers. I wouldn’t use any other moving company in London but this one, and you should too!!

The worst customer experience that I have ever experienced. Rude and disrespectful only because I cancelled on the day of move (I still covered the full price, as required in case of last minute changes). Before I spoke with the office to agree on how to make the payment, the driver was trying to threaten me that he knew my address and he would come to collect the cash. Avoid this company at any cost!

With all the stress of moving in London, especially with the pandemic in mind, these guys were fantastic. They showed up a bit early, loaded up everything really quickly, asked all the right questions, and had the van unloaded in no time upon meeting at the new flat. Really friendly crew and seriously reduced a lot anxiety about the move during the whole process. Great experience, highly recommended.

If it was possible to give 6 stars I would happily do it. We had to push back our moving time last minute and we got a confirmation within minutes. Both movers were professional, quick and very helpful. Having moved 3 dozen boxes with wine and other fragile items all of it arrived in pristine condition. I cannot rate this company highly enough. They were quick but at the same time respectful enough to care not to damage anything and they were super nice and it was a pleasure working with them both. We contracted GT Removals to transport specialty scientific lab equipment from Oxford to London. They were flexible and accommodating ( collecting from two different locations on short notice) and very efficient and most importantly super careful and professional.
