I have been to Global BiCycles this evening.This wasn't through any reference, I had just randomly walked in with no expectations..i was surprised with the fleet of fancy Bicycle collection.I was received by Mr.John with a very polite disposition.I had explained my requirement and within no time he just picked the ride we had in mind, a "91 Avira'..That was super quick..My kids loved the Bicycle.. Thank you both Mr.John and Mr.Sarath for your swift assistance, excellent customer service and being very patient to answer all my question.We highly recommended this place to all Bicycle lovers.

Was searching for the perfect place with more choices and good service and Google guided me to Global Bicycles. Mr. Mithun and Mr. Girish (the mechanic) were good and provided guidance and help where required. Good selection and varieties and my son liked few and it was hard to choose the best among those. Finally decided on one which was sturdy and stylish. Got the accessories also from there at a reduced rate .. returned home with one good cycle. Good place may come back to buy for myself as well.. thank u

i gave cycle for general check up and tube change, owner informed 180 for tub e and 180 for general check up and asked me to come next day same time. next day the cycle was kept untouched, after an hour's wait, the tube was changed and was charged 230 instead of before stated 180. they change whatever they feel like and have a very unprofessional attitude, if you can get to decathlon, do it for quality service, products and reliable pricing. i would here on avoid global bycycle-hbr layout like plague.

Happen to go after 11 months of buying a cycle. The person at desk keep changing his statements. Tone, attitude looks as if he is doing charity and customer is at mercy, being disrespectful. His tone changed suddenly when other customer came to get his cycle serviced and as soon as they left and I was the only one in shop again back to same old story. Not recommended for buying or servicing. Infact I went after reading so many reviews and found incorrect. Going to other shop to get my cycle serviced

Great Experience. I had to buy a cycle for my kid and had been to this place for enquiry. Found real good collections for different ages with variety of features. 3 days later, had been with my family to select and pick up 1, however the store was closed. Great experience, experts and nice selection. Found the store via Google. Had assuring response on calling and subsequently visited it. Mithun, the store owner was able to patiently give expert opinion to help select the cycle for kids. The store also had good collection from Frog, Kross (hero), BSA and other Indian and imported bikes. Ended up buying Frog. I will recommend the store for these reasons.

I had a very good conversation with Mr. Mithun who explained me about the latest technologies of the bike, he made my job easier in choosing a right bike to get back to my fitness form. (old review)Good experience at the store, nagraj was very helpful in selecting the bikes (Modified) The next day noticed some damage on my cycle helmet, when requested for a replacement they argued that the damage was from my end, how do i trust shops when they dont even trust the customer itself, disappointed to say the least, they were very friendly during the buying phase before i paid.

I had visited this store for the first time to buy a cycle for my elder son … I was treated with respect and the employee Andrew and Sharath helped me find the better cycle for my son and helped me with some discount and I was very happy , hence I decided to come back again to get another cycle for my younger son too in the same month … nice experience and Gud customer satisfaction…!!

I bought kcross Nspire from this shop. The customer service was good and they help me find a good bike that suits my budget and need. And I'm pretty happy with my purchase. The suspension of the bike is smooth and does the great job. But I have been having trouble lately, where I find the shifting of gears not smooth. Hope this issue will be resolved, once I visit again this weekend.

Based on my cousin's recommendation I visited global bicycles and it was a very pleasant experience. They have decent collection of brands and owner really helped us with the details. I bought the cycle, however there was a manufacturing defect, they were really propmt and replaced the part. Post sales service is great. Overall very satisfied and highly recommend this place

Beware ! Store owner charge more money then what is actual price of cycle. Accessories which are comes with cycle he will tell I m giving u this as a free accessories but actually it is not.Trap ask him to give extra accessories like cycle lock, bottle holder and bell. It is strategically located opposite ECPL company in HBR layout. Also, the showroom is quite spacious with a wide range of bicycles starting from kids to mountain bikes. Most important, the staff there Mr.Sharath to mention is very friendly and shares all information and gives right guidance to customers. So, 5 star ratings for them.

I wanted a seatpost extension for my bike. It was a rare diameter - or so I thought. After 3 weeks of searching, I called this store and they told me to come in. Bought a Cosmic bicycle from this dealer 6 months back. Mr.Mithun the owner of the business guided me so that I could choose the right bicycle. He included two free service with the bike. He had an excellent mechanic who fixed some issues I had with the bike. All in all a good experience.

I have bought my first cycle after spending 22K Rs. Cycle starting showing shifter problem in month or so. Thats okay it can happen to any cycle but after reporting their worker not able to repair it properly.

Bought 91 Meraki from Global Cycles. Within a day the rear tyre is making sounds with rotation. Mithun rectified it with ease adjusting disc brakes. Now all good...
