Its 10:58pm May 22,2020 ... A tall light brown employee with a small afro working the register is focusing people to remove their mask or he will not serve you.. THAT IS A MAJOR HEALTH VIOLATION.... I HAD TO GO TO A OLDER GENTLEMAN TO MAKE A PURCHASE BECAUSE I CHOSE TO FOLLOW THE LAW!... SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BEFORE SOMEONE GET SICK.... I'M NEVER RETURNING TO THAT STORE AS LONG AS HE IS WORKING THERE... PEOPLE IS DYING BECAUSE OF THIS VIRUS AND YOU'RE REFUSING TO SERVE SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY ARE PROTECTING THEMSELVES....

Turning down a pleading disabled man access to the bathroom is extremely, extremely rude and humiliating. "Sorry, you're just gonna have to find another bathroom." No, I'M sorry, but that's not how a crippling disability works. Believe me I wish it was. Being discriminated against tells me that my business isnt welcome here, but I wish I'd known that the past several times I've stopped by this location. Guess they only have a problem with serving the disabled, not taking their money.

Super sketchy store. Numerous individuals outside the door and near pumps asking for money. The cashiers always seem to be to concerned about employee gossip and their phones to actually help and move the line along. They seem a bit annoyed almost like you are bothering them and interrupting their “hangout, phone time”. I live super close but now I drive further to avoid this location.

The cashier Alexander Hispanic lady is rude as it comes .I asked her to wait a second and not break the 20 u handed her i had exact change.so she slowly keeps right on doing what she wanted then tells me o once I start a sell I can't redue it . Thats bs and not to mention bad customer service . I suggest not going through her line if you don't want to be hassled

This Gate Was IMMACULATELY CLEANED. Including the bathroom. Toilet paper was full. Paper towels were full. Soap dispenser was Even full. Even the floors were spic and span. The food rollers that cook the food looked professionally cleaned. Journey and the Manager Clarence were very professional and polite. Will definitely utilize this Gate again.

Honestly if you are going to have a cashier that is just going to stare at you and eat a hot dog in front of you then she should not be their. sure eat your hot dog but least say hi . her name was Marisha, I already was having bad day at work and lost a patient in surgery to have someone at least not be friendly.

The staff is rude… not all of them, but a few. I guess the manager is socially inept with zero problem solving skills. Among other issues, I have never not been able to buy beer when arriving 2 full minutes prior for the cut off. I hate that this place is the closest gas station/convenient store near my home.

Ok the staff is friendly enough however every time in the early morning when I stop to get has cigarettes and cold drinks for work.WE ARE CLOSED SORRY.Is this Covid making everyone lazy.You are a 24 hour store not 22 or 23 hour 24. Had two separate issues where gas was leaking from the pump. The second time someone came out and inspected the pump but the first time they informed me they’d check it out, didn’t stick around to see if they did. I spent an extra $10 in fumes pouring out before I noticed it the second time.

Right before getting on I-10 this station is the perfect location for gassing up before or after work. The staff inside is always friendly. The only down fall is that this station is always busy. Not a bad problem to have as an owner but as a consumer you have to be prepared for a wait.

Just left here. i had to pee so badly and i hate public bathrooms. i went in and held my breath and was pleasantly surpised. nice clean touchless bathroom. it was a great experience. Even the cashier was very friendly when i checked out. great experience i will be back.

As far as big chain gas stations go, this is a staple for Jacksonville. Always clean and stocked with my favorite beverages and go-to snacks. Friendly faces, nice attitudes and I never get "welcome"-ed when I walk in. Thanks for that!

They ignore customer calls. I've been trying to reach the store for over an hour and a half. Website States they were least busy between 11:30-12:00 yet they still didn't answer the phone. Frustrating to say the least.

Good convenient option when traveling I-10. The Stockton Street exit is the first/last exit on 1-10 near I-95. Good selection of convenience store snacks. It is usually busy 24 hours per day.

For those of you out there that enjoy pumpkin spice coffee they have the best. They finally realized we don't want mint in our coffee. They also have just about anything else you might need.

I go here just about every day. The staff is super friendly and the store is always in great shape. Clean restrooms and nice people are a hard combo to find at most gas stations

Great staff and brand new store with a car wash. I am so glad they have a store in Riverside now. They always have the cleanest stores and restrooms. Staff is top-notch

Clean. Polite staff. Ms Nicole continuously cleaning surfaces. Restrooms the best I’ve found in Jacksonville. I’m not sure what else you could ask for.

Just wait and get gas elsewhere, too many complaints to list, just get gas somewhere else. Neither air station works. Bums galore hanging out there.

Sign at the door says no masks allowed in the store. They don't seem to be enforcing it but it's still a horrible policy.
