I always use to go to this location but ever since my separation in November and ever since my house was broken into they stole my entire makeup collection that I put so much work into like I really lost me but when I would go the employees in every department were so nice and polite. One lady I can't remember her name she worked on the bakery she made me some cupcakes for my boss John gutting at district photo I wanted whip cream not regular and she helped me. Then the guys in the fresh meat department a young man Mexican maybe 25 to 30 helped me out by having another employee get me the correct meet I was looking for. I'm talking about months ago I just never did the surveys I never had time with me working all the time but since December I've been home with my kids it's a struggle because I struggle myself with ptsd and depression and anxiety and bipolar and always afraid someone is gonna hurt me or my kids due to being shot 9 Times in 2001. But I have a boyfriend or someone I was seeing and I don't even trust him it's hard but I gotta prove to myself and my soon to be ex husband that I can do it my husband makes 2000 to 3000 a paycheck and he refuses to give me child support he will only pay the owner direct 750 but he forgets we have 3 kids I need money for gas the kids need money for clothes and diapers and other items but their dad Hugo Rizo refuses to give me more than 750 . I have my taxes yes and I just used it to pay everything I was behind from helping my son out of jail in August I got registration loans and a title loan on my 1996 grand marques I had to put it in my son's friends name Christian Dominguez Soto and like a month ago I was having a crisis and I swore my ex was coming to get me the car steering column wires were cut and started shorting out so I was stranded in front of the attorneys office next to NAPA on bell rd and 28th st and bell rd the officers were kind enough to bring me home but they never brought me my car like they said they would and I have no idea where it is so I just hope maybe the officers who brought me home at like 100 am will see this and bring my car home it's a all black primered with 26 inch rims and a stereo system that bumps and dark limo tint. Anyways I know I got off the subject but I love frys. I wish I had the motivation to go out shopping again and then I'd be able to go on a shopping spree for myself and my kids clothes and shoes and new dishes and everything new for my kids and I and where we reside. I do have like 2 grand left but that's not gonna get everything we need. Thank you

I would give zero stars if I could. The people who work at this pharmacy are exceptionally rude, and don't seem to care if they lose customers. They send inaccurate text messages and then have the audacity to be annoyed when customers are confused. They also decide what and when to fill prescriptions, despite doctor's orders, and have a perpetual problem with low stock - resulting in an inability to fill routine prescriptions properly at all. Pharmacy staff takes no responsibility for any of the above, offering zero accountability to patients. I would seriously sooner buy my needed medications off the street than deal with these incredibly nasty and unprofessional people. This pharmacy has cost this particular Fry's a loyal patron of more than a decade, and based on the rating I'm setting here, I'm guessing it isn't the first time.

Worst pharmacy in Phoenix, I asked my doctor to change me to another pharmacy because this people is so rude they hang up on you without even saying bye ..and when you go pick up your prescription they look at you like if they gave it to you for free...i really dont like them specially the hispanic woman and the skinny white guy ...they should be allowed ro work in customer service

Horrible experience with the pharmacist Jessica, absolutely rude was hung up on lied to about medication and lied to about my Dr saying not to fill it or that insurance wasn't going to cover it!! Just what I needed after major surgery! Is extra bs! She should find a different profession! Will never be going there again!!

The woman that works at the front counter at the pharmacy she is rude and just doesn't care was not happy switched back over to Walgreens everything's great thank you post taking that star off there too

The pharmacist was so helpful with getting my prescription electronically filled from another state and assured me that everything will be taken care of. She did just that! Great job and thank you.

how can it rate 3.5 when there showing 5 one star and only 2 five stars is that right? maybe, but I think it would be lower right? yes not the friendliest place in the city.

Twice in 6 months they lost the hard copies of my prescription. They are only valid for 3 months once written. Once they found it, it was expired... done with them.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. If you need immunizations or anything else STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

You can't get anybody to answer the phone when you have an important question about why your refill costs 25 bucks when it should be free!
