BEWARE! I am an aerospace engineer at the largest aerospace company in the world and work with our airline customers daily. I am appalled at Frontier airline's lack of customer service. If I could give zero, I would. Frontier literally stranded my (family of 6) in Virginia. The flight was delayed 5 times and the final arrived the next day. They didn't care that we had 6 people (one an infant) and would arrive at 2am and then drive another 4 hours home putting us awake for 24 hours. Didn't care about passenger safety so how can I possibly trust that the aircraft is safe? As an aerospace engineer, I know these are the kind of budget cuts that often lead to aircraft maintenance budget cuts. Wouldn't pay for the additional rental car fees. No help from the airline at the airport (they had one Frontier agent that could do nothing other than cancel our tickets for a refund leaving us stranded). Zero effort put into finding alternate airports to fly out of or into (I was flying out and into metropolitans that had at least three airports within driving distance on both ends). Any hard questions, we were referred to the phone number which will not let you speak to anyone. I finally got someone on the online chat and he told me to see the Frontier agent at the airport. I just wanted to laugh. Offered nothing other than to cancel our flights. I guess Frontier is now in the business of running customers away. I travel often for work and have NEVER seen this with another airline...even the low cost ones. Those cheap flights are not that cheap by the end of the trip. Pay a little extra and use an airline that you can depend on. Remember, you are literally putting your life in their hands! AVOID!!!

never ever in my life have I experienced trashy rude unprofessional behavior ,as I look at the reviews most are just bad….HELLO maybe y’all should get new staffing members with actual good intentions and attitude ? I will never in my life book with frontier in Jacksonville . Marilyn the supervisor has the most nastiest attitude ever y’all gave this women the smallest power and all she does is take advantage of it , we were 3 hours early to our flight just so this women could get mad and not let us get on the plane.I was told to put one of my bags into another bag multiple of times by different women,mind you it was addressed so rudely than Marilyn in a nasty tone addressed it again and as I was doing so I told her “mam I heard it the first time” she did not like that and I could tell , than she told me I would have to pay an additional 100$ because my bag was “too big” mind you guys my bag was the same size as others getting on the plane and I said okay that is fine, this is the crazy part she was trying to get everyone before taken care of just to tell me “you can’t get on this plane times up” she kept telling my family to get on the plane before me because she had the intention of making sure I was left.Y’all really gave this women the label of supervisor RIDICULOUS. I am 20 years of age and have more maturity than this?! Do better. All this is doing is loosing you guys money most of your reviews are based on employees with attitude wake up .whatever this staff has going on at home just know they taking all that baggage to work stay safe y’all lol <3

I don’t even want to give them one star. They had a reservation with my minor child whom got sick with Cove it and was not able to travel. The government gives out free Covid test through the USPS so that people can take the Covid test she took one and then her doctor said for her to stay home and wouldn’t see her because she tested positive for Covid she talk to a representative on the phone to see about how to get a credit for her account and not being able to take the upcoming flight. The representative that talk to her was rude and did not give her the proper instructions but told her that she needed to go online to do it. Again my minor child went online all while I was at work and canceled her flight with no kind of compensation. When I called they were rude to me as well and said that I would have to do it online customer service is awful that they won’t even help you over the phone. To top it all off in the last month and a half my husband has taken two flights on frontier both of them do to be in between 1015 and 10:30 PM neither one of them are arriving until well after a.m. This airline has gone downhill since I last flew on it several years ago. Save your money put it towards a flight that may cost a little bit more and get the customer service and experience that she would hope to have. And don’t trust any of them to give advice to a 17-year-old child

Worst experience recently flying with frontier. I was at the gate 10 minutes the stoped boarding. Noone said anything on the intercom. Their screen showed "on time" i go to the desk to just find out the plane just took off! No one message on the intercom stating they were closing their doors or even boarding! They couldn't find another flight to Jacksonville until sunday morning!! From Friday to Sunday? Are you serious. I bought myself ANOTHER flight to Jacksonville from another airlines. I told frontier please hold my bag, i will be in Jacksonville 2 hours after the flight my bag is in. They told me and reassuring me "we will have your bag ready". Well... i landed in Jacksonville, noone from frontier TO BE FOUND in the counter or any were in this airport!? Insane! How can the airport MANAGER supervisor CEO. WHAT EVER got go in frontiee office and look for my "bag" horrible SERVICE horrible!! Noone in the airport was able to page noone, noone was able to call anyone. Like what? So i have to be with out a bag until YOUR WORKERS DECIDE TO GO BACK TO WORK THE NEXT DAY? unacceptable!!! Beyond unpleasant experience. I will never fly frontier again & ill be sure to tell all my friends and family to do the same. Every co worker had a damn ATTITUDE!! . Sad.

My experience…. What I can say is this. My first Flight was amazing. Check in was smooth. Traveling with Two minors. The airline accommodated me with rearranging my seats so my kids could be next to me. Very grateful for that. When it come to safety communication in the event of an emergency. They’ve top all airlines. It was informative and I actually felt like we would be prepared if things were to go in the wrong directions. The Air conditioning was cool/ icy cold. We beat the summer heat. The only downside which can has happen with other flights. My luggage was misplaced. Claims are submitted when bags are misplaced. Due to the fact there is no customer service number. It made it at little frustrating. When trying to communicate with the process of locating my bag. On a positive note it was located and I received it today. I believe the airline had great potential with a few tweaks will soon one of the best. My suggestion: pricing on carry on luggage should automatically included. Though the disclaimer is there with most flights you get at least one carry on bag. Courtesy call if a dilemma arises to keep customers at ease. To avoid the frustration of not having a live customer number to reach out to someone. Best regards TalJuana

Worst airline ever and customer service. I went with my grandma 82 year old lady to help her with the process of check in and luggage, also to walk her to the gate as l done before. When we walk to the front desk to drop off the luggage l ask the lady to give a pass to go with grandma and she say because she had the wheelchair service she wasn’t able to give one. Which is weird because not even l year ago l helped her with the same thing and same airline and airport and l has the chance to go with her to the gate to make sure everything is well. So the customers service lady was so rude about it and didn’t even get a chance for me to talk to the supervisor about it she say no and that was about it. I never experienced something like that before l just wanted to make sure my grandma was good. Even the person that take the wheelchair to the gate told me that it was weird that they didn’t give it to me when they do it all the time. Thanks God the lady that took her to the gate was so nice and l felt safe letting her go. How rude and un compassion you are not to help someone with that age. Rude people!!! Just don’t travel with them even if the price looks good. Is not worth it.

I bought my son ticket, a 13 year old minor, with mine the system assign his seat at the back and mine at the front. The counter lady Marilyn did not hear my concern, ignore me while I was talking to speak to another client and what she told me when I pull out the Department of Transportation, which she didn’t even see, he was not a minor and nothing was going to happen to him. She got the general manager Larry who came with an attitude no good morning no nothing telling me I had the option to buy tickets together or just have it that way as there was not two seats available at the time. However if I paid for them that was option to seat together. According to the US Department of transportation he is a minor and needs to be seated beside the adult. I hope frontier take actions in the matter and if this is not solve before my flight can still contact me to figure something out. If something does happen to my son Marilyn, Larry and Frontier will be responsible

On 5/10 9am I was flying out from Jacksonville to San Juan and the frontier African American women was the rudest, kept denying my payment until I asked another employee to do which he did she’s not savvy with the pay pad which is ok but next she comes upstairs and gives issues about shoving my dog in the travel bag which was fine but the plane was delayed and keeping my dog in a bag just got her more anxious then she threatened me along with another gentleman saying if I can calm my dog I can’t fly which she was calm the whole time until you to boarding I’ve spent $450 one WAY last minute trip to go to San Juan, homeless and they made my travel more hell even had me crying threatening my flight, I will NEVER GO TO THIS AIRPORT AGAIN THANK U FRONTIER FOR TAKING ALL MY MONEY AND MAKING My travel experience hell. Will never return back to that airport.

Worse costumer service ever , I don’t want to discriminate but the Asian and the Indian girl was so helpful but there were a black women she was talking over her employees and she let her force to help me out she ruined my day I didn’t get her name , I couldn’t see what is her name but she must be a manger or something, but she was rude and , the people on the gate a1 at Denver I asked for help because I felt something in my body kinda sweating and I called the emergency and they were laughing at me it’s really not funny I recommend to close the airplane company or to teach the people how to be nice and respectful for customer service skills

Si existiera un -5⭐️se la daría, la verdad muy mala experiencia, cumple con llevar más la atención es pésima y sin lugar a duda los precios supuesta mente económicos pasan a ser más costoso que una buena aerolínea, te cobran por las morrales de mano personales, sillas y hasta por respirar. If there was a -5⭐️ I would give it to them, the truth is a very bad experience, it complies with bringing more attention, it is terrible and without a doubt the supposedly cheap prices become more expensive than a good airline, they charge you for the backpacks of personal hand, chairs and even for breathing.

We flew with frontier today December 4th, 2023. Boarding at 5:10PM GATE A1 ZONE 2. The fat black lady that was scanning our boarding passes , did not let us take the foldable car seat we use to put on a seat of the plane. She disrespected me and interrupted me . She was very rude , and disrespectful to me. She said she is the manager and she decides. When I spoke with the pilot , he said that the black lady (manager) that was scanning our boarding passes, does not know her job and rules, and she needs to educate herself better. I wish you luck educating yourself better ❤️

If you are waiting for a sign not to use Frontier, THIS IS IT so be advised and turn around. Even the money that you are being tricked that you will be saving flying with them is an illusion and it will come back to bite you in paying for extra hotel as they will cancel your flight or charge you for luggage and carry on and the rude employees will not be there to help you. If that’s not enough their seats are the most uncomfortable. Frontier is a cargo airline.

Yes the price looks good at first.. you can’t beat a ticket for $55. But you also have to pay for your bag and carry on! So the ticket goes to the price of United, jet blue, etc.. if not that even more. this place is such a scam. Literally paid $104 for 1 bag under 40 pounds! I tried paying for my bag online it said $69 then plus tax it’s 169! Wth for one bag?!!!?!

Horrible airline. They change your flights to crazy flight times. Sends links for you to modify it, and those are blank pages. They have NO customer service phone. They do not answer their chat. You have to file an online complaint, and they send a message saying they'll get back with you in 7 days. Never will I fly with them.

Frontier could better serve its customers with honest answers. To be told at 9am (for a 10am flight) that there is a crew shortage, and that a new crew will be driving from a location 2 hrs away -- and then to be told at 1:30pm that the aircraft needs maintenance, does not inspire customer confidence.

I should have done my research. My wife and I have 4 bags filled with Christmas presents for the grandkids and ski clothing. The bags cost more than flying first class on any other airline. This company needs to go out of business. Please don’t make the same mistake that we did! Fly any other airline.

Horrible about best describes this airline. I can see why there is a class action lawsuit against them. I've flown 3 times with them and all 3 times have been a nightmare from poor customer service to being overcharged. Will NEVER fly them again.

A Frontier attendant and her supervisor could not square away a significant dollar credit due a traveler. One hour later that traveler handed over his credit card to forego the hassle.
