Bought my own brakes and rotors to get them replaced and was just driving around to see who has the best value to put them on. So grateful I passed by because it was the best service, great value, and I barely had to wait because they were so fast. Didn’t even take a hour. I ended up letting them get the parts and put them on because it saved me more money and took the ones I bought back to the store. This place is a 10/10. From the time I pulled in everything was just great. I would recommend them to anyone I can because they’re so worth it. Don’t even bother buying your parts because they can get them at a better value and still give you any warranties that come with them. I drove up, they went and bought the parts, and they knocked it out. They make you feel comfortable, made sure my daughter was comfortable, gave her a juice, had the AC on, and turned the tv on something we wanted to watch. I’m big on customer service and they exceeded my expectations. Thank y’all so much for such a great experience, I pray you all get all you deserve! UPDATE: Here’s why I changed from 5 stars to 2. My check engine light came on, so I went to Auto zone for a diagnostic test and they told me it was a small part that needed to be changed (canister purge valve on Dodge Durango). Went back here because of how great things went the first time. When I called he said he’ll check to see what the problem was for free. When I got there and he ran the test he came to the same thing auto zone said, but here’s where things took a turn. The part itself was $24 with taxes and I learned that at auto zone, but the shop get discounted price so he probably paid less. He proceeds to tell me the total would be $125. This was okay at first until he said it was a two minute job and this is when I decided to go to YouTube while I wait and also keep an eye on them because my gut was telling me to stay and watch. Well YouTube showed me how quick and easy it was so I’m a little disappointed in how much I’m being charged; this time I was by myself so I called my boyfriend for support and begin to ask questions. He kind of avoided me and was moving around like he was so busy and said it’s the process. My bf was at work so he had to go, so I let the owner finish what he had to do and asked again about the total because now I feel something is off. This time I got his attention and looked him in the eyes and told him I just saw how quick and easy the process was, so can you break down the total. He’s said labor this time, but labor was literally 3 minutes. I get it’s a business so I’m not angry I’m just trying to understand how we got to $125 for a 3 minute job that I could’ve did myself. So after asking questions and expressing myself he dropped it down to $100 and offered me a discount on my inspection (needed my sticker). Although this was good it also kind of feels like I was right about the charge. Anyways the light went off but came back on a week later so I go back to auto zone for that test first and then back to him and both test say it was the same problem but he wasn’t trying to do anything and then told me it would be $200 to find out what was wrong with it because the machine he would use was an expensive machine (not the customers problem). So I left and contacted another mechanic and told him everything and he instantly told me that the shop wasn’t just supposed to change the part but also flush the car in case it was anything backed up. So in reality it was this car shop fault for not knowing how to really fix the car properly and now I have to pay another shop to fix his messed up. Since the car wasn’t flushed it caused another problem with the engine. It just doesn’t feel like they know what they were completely doing. I think I saw the mechanic actually watching a video before changing the part. Be mindful of the shops who care about making money and not about fixing cars. The owner is the one you talk to and he is there everyday handling EVERYTHING and don’t talk to the actual mechanic before hand because he isn’t one.

The beginning of this review is a edit in response to owner reply. How do you know if you know me. There's no picture of my face and Love is not my last name. So I'm a liar? My son is a liar? Get your business straight and verify who your talking to before claiming innocent and claiming you don't know the person who left the review when there is nothing for you to base that knowledge off of. Now here is my review as follows...First off , Professional and knowledgeable means you know how to do your job. After "Inspecting" everything on my vehicle I was told it would be almost $1000 to repair , which I didn't have.Come to find out none of what they told me was actually wrong. What actually got fixed only cost me $70 and wasn't even something that was mentioned to be wrong. Then come to find out my son took his car there a few days later and I was unaware , they diagnosed his car saying it would be $800 to repair , he didn't have it. So after replacing what the said was wrong with it , it's still not working and again is actually something else and not what they said. This place is a scam and not very knowledgeable. -5*

I was driving late at night when I hit an object which cause my tire to go flat. Up to three other cars experienced the same during my time of emergency. I called the Dallas sheriffs and a tow company that towed my car to my house. The next morning I call this shop to ask if they had my tire size. This shop was one of three tire shops down the street from my house. They said yes. I was about to do something risky but doable under the right circumstances. I get there and he begins working on my car. He takes the tire off the rim and goes and goes to get my new tire. He comes to me and tells me that he's sorry but that he does not have my tire's size. Remember, I called and specifically ask if he did. I ended up walking to the tire shop I should have gone to and bought a tire. I carried the tire back to his shop where he charged me $20 to put it on. He said he was sorry but would not drive me to pick up the tire or lend me a spare to get to the shop I should have gone to. He said he was sorry but showed no remorse for further complicating my emergency.

My husband took our family car in which we thought needed a lot of repairs and major repairs, but at Friends Ehab and his crew diagnosed and evaluated all the work that needed to be done. We were surprised on how much less the repairs were and needed to be done. We were prepared to spend alot and trust me with any other mechanics shop they would have taken our money instead of telling us what needed fixed and what didn’t. Ehab was honest and reliable. They managed to work on our vehicle and get it repaired all in one day as we were headed to Colorado a few days later. Needless to say awesome work drove our vehicle to Colorado and back no problems or glitches. Ehab has gained a customer for life and future ones as word of mouth is gold. I called to verify if they worked on BMW's WARNING ⚠️ That I need to check for alternator or battery. They said it was an alternator $550.00 . My BMW Still draining battery. I went back let them know and they (4men)got upset started yelling at me ,Blame me!! They did not take the proper procedures to work on my BMW now the fuse Box to the battery is burn. Manager Came Told him to stop yelling and then he went back inside his office and didn't come out. One of the mechanics said it was your battery not the alternator. Now I have to take them to Court and report to. Better Business Bureand, For all the damages. (They do not know how to work on BMW's.)

I took my mother's car to Friends twice. Once for oil change and once for headlight replacement. Found owner and techs to be very professional and eager to do the Best job--and for the best price. I have now referred my son who took his Mercedes SUV for major repairs (very satisfied. They currently are placing a new alternator and filters and oil change on my other son's Infinity. Great price. I named the vehicles to say that if they went someplace for repairs on those vehicles, it would surely cost thousands. I go here to air up my tires or to patch them and because I'm a female they must take me as a fool. First it cost $15 to fix a patch and they over aired my tire, today not even a month later it cost $20 and normally I tip but not this time, when my tire gauge showed the tire was over aired to 51, my tire specifically has the psi on the tire for 35 I allow 40 but 50?! They were trying to pop my tire. If they do this with just me getting a tire fix I can only imagine what harm they might cause under the hood. And they never produce a receipt very suspicious business with zero integrity or respect for female clients.

I was referred to this friends auto to get a oil change on the 19th of this month all of a sudden my car runs hot I called a mechanic to look at it in he told me that you have no fluids in the car I told him that I just got my car service like 3 days ago he said well you need to call them ma’am because it’s dry so I called to let them no that it had no fluid put in my car one of the employees stated the reason the fluid ran out is because of the weather so I begin to ask him how is that when I been getting my oil change this never happened to me so why now all I can say is never again

First when getting service at the shop was great. Second time … wasn’t so. Took my car back because of a noise it was making after service. I was told to bring the car and they will take a “look”. When arrived nice service, but forgot to mention the 60 dollar service-fee to “look” at the problem. ( ask the charge before taking your car for the “look” ) Problem was not fix. Still tried to sale me on another service for good 260. For “rotors” causing the noise. Ps. My car was not making the noise before I took it to the shop . It was an oil change/front brake pads. All for 250.

The owner need to enroll in a business school ,he lack manner and bad customer relationship ,wrong place to vi8ksit and refer people ..You charged $125 to fill ac freon and fluid to test the line for leakage ..in less than 5mins the compressor wasn't taking the freon..,He started demanding for $100 for touching a car less than 5mins that did not take your freon, very unreasonable and unprofessional, he started yelling and took the car key ,saying I should get out of here ..,it was total strange experience and insane approach ..their wasn't any form diagnose ..

The bushings were replaced. I did have some of my belongings like all of my quarters missing, etc... Also they raised the price when I came back "They had to replace more parts" than I originally specified. A month later and I now need to replace my axles and wheel bearing. When i came to get it looked at they started to sawing away at the wrong side and charged me $100. now it sounds even worse and idk why. I asked but was not given an itemized list of what they did that day. I came back for a refund and was denied.

I really like this shop. The owner is very nice and helpful, he has even helped me when I was low on cash trying to replace a tire. They also fixed the struts on my car and it drives so much better. Friends Auto Care treats you like a friend. I recommend if you need a tire or something else stop by Friends auto care they will get you right.

I needed 2 new tires and oil change. The owner was friendly and professional. I was going to do the above items only. But after the owner showed me my brakes (see pictures below) I did not want to take the chance of making a small expense into a big expense. His pricing is fair compared to where I normally go !

I usually have my own mechanic that I trust so when I needed an A/C fix…my usual mechanic was closed on Sunday so this company was able to help. They have a fair prices and work in a good timing.
