1. Ordering online for discount has some condition but it does not mention on the website. 2. Told customer that someone will come at certain timing but did not show up 3. After the promised timing, nobody contact me to tell me that they might be late 4. The manager told me that 'why cannot be late for 5 to 10 to 15 minutes?' 5. No apology for being late

Contacted via WhatsApp. They gave me a price list. Collected all my clothes from the Hotel, brought back the next day, washed, pressed and all on hangers and in plastic wrap. Amazing service for Amazing price. Much cheaper than any hotel laundry service. I would definitely use them again when in Dubai. Thank you so much for your help.

Service only limited to picking up from out of door and delivery to door step. You need to fold and keep ready by yourself and lay it back once returned. For the price, better service is offered by others. Takes 7-8 days minimum for one carpet laundry. Seems like the service is outsourced. I would opt an actual carpet launderer.

The staff was good, but I never got a call for the delivery for the blazers, they said that the next day you will receive the call but nobody called for 2 days and then I had to pick up the clothes. The price is good though.

Used this place whilst in Dubai, alot cheaper than the service in hotel and received all my clothing within 24 hours. I used the wash and fold service. Which came to roughly 15 dirham per kg.
