When I first came to Bangkok, like many expats, it was no surprise my knowledge of the Thai real estate market was zero. What I naively thought would be a fun afternoon Google searching for a condo, soon saw me spiralling into that awful online black hole i'm sure many others have fallen into. After a few days I was overwhelmed, frustrated and confused. Not only were there quite literally thousands of condos to choose from, it seemed there were double the number of agents vying for attention. To add to my anxiety, I came to realise that the market here is unregulated. It was extremely hard to know who to trust. So when I saw a company with multiple 5 star reviews it seemed like common sense to approach them. Now, having worked with Fresh Property, I can understand why they come so highly recommended - and I'm more than happy to add one more voice of approval to the growing reputation the company is acquiring for professionalism, high standards and going the extra mile. While I am confident all the staff at Fresh Property will act in a manner fitting to the brand, I would like to give a special shout to Nathaphong. He expertly guided me through the process and took time to listen and adapt to my changing requests. He was extremely communicative, showed me exactly the sorts of properties I had requested and was even able to provide information on Thailand's TM30 requirements (any foreigner wishing to reside here, make sure you read up about this!). If it were possible to give 6 stars I would. Thank you Fresh Property and especially Nathaphong for a truly fantastic service.

From beginning to end, the assistance rendered by Pierre and his team were professional, helpful, meticulous and friendly. As foreigners not living in Bangkok, we've had a tricky time finding reliable real-estate agents that could communicate well too. Hence upon stumbling across Fresh Property online, we were greatly impressed by how quickly they replied to our enquiry, reverting back with a very thorough scope of their services. Once we engaged them to find us a tenant, we were kept up-to-date on every account of what they were planning to do and notified on every step along the way. Communication was spot-on. Many thanks also to Him, who accompanied us to the bank to help verify the funds for a foreign exchange transfer Going to the land office, indeed any government office in Thailand can sometimes be a long, painful affair so I appreciated that my agent took steps to ensure that the business would be concluded before 12.00 midday. It was such a smooth experience compared with my previous visit some years ago. I should also commend them for still being so responsive after the sale. The bank required further documentation and they had the documents sent to me within a matter of minutes. I'm not sure whether I'll be living in Thailand again but if I do I would look no further than Fresh property. Thanks again!

Great experience and outstanding service. I recently rented a condo in Bangkok with Fresh Property working with Agent Three (his name). He went above and beyond as an agent - I can list a few mentions just to show my appreciation. Since I was a US citizen and spoke only English, I had many questions and comments on how the rental process worked for a foreigner. Three answer all my questions and any rental listing requests almost immediately - he constantly stayed on top of things to make sure I as a renter was well informed and taken care of. Secondly, after moving in - I had some basic building information in which he was still there to help with even after moving in. All I can say is I can highly recommend Fresh Property and especially agent Three if youre looking to do a rental in Bangkok. My overall experience was very satisfying with him and the company.

I found an excellent condo with Fresh Bangkok last year, and I have had an even better experience this year. I had a great experience with Three from Fresh Property. I came to Bangkok from Australia for the first time, and I did not know much of how to find the perfect unit for me. Three used my unit hunting parameters such as budget, location, size, and number of rooms to schedule quite a few viewings. All of which were very close matches.
