If you want high quality groceries, this is your place. Its conveniently located at King and Spadina and is essentially a small grocery store. But the quality of food and produce are very high. Prices are not much higher, so very good value overall. They also offer many specialty items and drinks, as well as hot food to go.

Anything but fresh. Got cupcakes and desserts on several occasions hoping I just happen to get a bad batch but every single time they're stale. Like actually tough. Todays cupcakes says expiry date is the 19th but theyre inedible. And they oddly have no taste only the high sugar content in the icing. My stomach hurt after.

Eataly prices but the quality is terrible. Esp cooked food. I also didn't know it was freshco and nothing is pasture raised, organic etc to a better degree than your basic supermarket. Sorry to have learned that. Not worth the very high prices as a result. The same stuff at Loblaws or even shoppers is much less money.

We hired Fresh and Wild to cater for our engagement party of 60 people. Peter was great in helping us with the menu and make it cost efficient. The food was amazing, the guests absolutely loved the salmon, chicken, potatoes etc. People were talking about the food and how tasty it was. Highly recommend them.

The shop is very small and narrow which makes it a little tight when there’s multiple people in the aisle. This isn’t somewhere to get your full groceries done, just grab a few items. The products here are very expensive. It’s $20 for a jar of almond butter. You’re paying for convenience here.

I use Fresh and Wild for my home catering whenever I have a party. They make delicious platters that impress and sustain my hungry guests all evening. I have used them for dinner gatherings for 18 people and parties with over 50 guests. They are my go-to and they always come through for me.

Just threw 3/4 of a raspberry pie in the garbage. Worst tasting ever. So gross I'll never buy again. The pie place at fresh n wild. Hadn't been there in a couple years cause I buy high quality natural produced foods direct from organic farmer or health food stores. I remember why.
