I normally speak with Angela White for all my insurance questions and she is amazing! However today I called, and she was busy helping someone else so I had the pleasure of speaking with Cristobal Martinez! I must say that Cristobal was amazing and answered all my questions and even took notes to address with my insurance company on Monday. I felt heard, and I was able to get all my questions answered for the moment, and feel reassured that I was in good hands with my insurance! I appreciate both Cristobal , and Angela and will continue to reach out to both of them for any future questions or concerns ❤️ 5 stars for both of them !

Save by the bell (Cristobal M.) It was a treat to gain a new agent. I got a bang for my buck!!! Exceptional customer service. Most intuitive, a great deal of patience and full of anticipation. First time for everything; he executed my quote with Pure confidence but the poise to confirm details and answers all of my 10001 questions. It was like "a casanova in the Havana nights". It was A smooth transition from being with my original company for 6 years. I can be a stickler about things. Especially when it is new but Cristobal made sure I was comfortable. I hope to keep a long lasting relationship with him and Freeway insurance.

Archana Chhabra, was again the goto gal for difficult situations, I needed an SR-22 as a result of a nightmare auto theft situation & she was able to find an underwriter when 3 other “top” insurance agency were dragging their feet, she was clear as well as thorough; her voice was like butter & honey on toast.
