8/31 Selina has been responsive and very professional with all our customers this month. This is starting to be a good trend as she has been able to help 9 of our clients this month and has by far been more helpful than any other agent we have referred. From the moment I came in the whole staff was friendly and very approachable. The atmosphere in the office was very refreshing and inviting which caught me off guard for a moment because I had just left one of their competitors and it was the opposite. Selina was the agent who helped me and unlike the previous agent I worked with earlier in the day she was polite, approachable, knowledgeable, and honest. She listened to my circumstances and went above and beyond and used her expertise to find me an option that worked best for me and my family. She explained to me in terms I could understand and even though my down payment was a little higher than I wanted she found a way to save me $40 per month which more than made up for $70 higher down payment. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will not hesitate to send my friends, family, or anyone who ask me about insurance to Selina. Freeway you have a very valuable asset in Selina!
