In July of ‘23, I purchased a 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T from Freeland Chevrolet. Working with my sales consultant, Dakota, was an easy and straight forward process. Dakota listened to what I wanted attentively, didn’t pressure me into purchasing any unnecessary services or add ons that may have improved his commission, and was sincerely appreciative of my purchase. We can't thank Cindy and the team enough for helping us out to get back to Canada. Our 2023 GMC Sierra with only 19K miles on it went into limp mode just as we were departing Nashville to come home on Saturday. We showed up at 7am on the Monday asking for help to get back on the road and they were fast and accommodating and got us fixed up before noon. After running through the 20 error codes the mechanic was able to figure out our harness wires had been frayed causing the grill vent to not operate properly. We arrived back in Canada today and Cindy followed up to check and see if we made it safely. What a great bunch of people! Thank you

I want to share my experience about Freeland Chevrolet Nashville. My check engine light came on and I immediately took it to the dealership. My service advisor Cydni got my vehicle in and a diagnostic test very quickly. She kept me updated on the entire process and explained very thoroughly about the ETA on when the repairs would be complete. I just want to say Coble Shearon was the absolute best he was very patient as I had to reschedule a couple times. I finally got in there and he was awesome. Everything went very smoothly. He got us in my dream car the one that I really wanted and kept us within our prince range. If you’re looking for someone that informative I highly recommend going to see him if you are a first time buyer, or repeat buyer you won’t be disappointed. She was very patient with me and when the vehicle I initially came in to see did not fit my my needs, she worked with me to find another one that checked all the boxes. I came in this afternoon (11/8/23) and got help from Jason in the parts department to get a key cut for my vehicle. He was extremely courteous, patient and efficient. He explained the process, entered all my info and had everything done within minutes as he was also handling other needs. I always use Freeland Chevy because they have wonderful people like Jason!

They ALWAYS take great care of me. Work is guaranteed and done right. Have never had any issues, and if I have, they have made it right. Frank in the service department is one of my favorites.
