Closest hotel near the ADCB metro. Only the disappointment is that they charges extra if we give wrong name of the second guest for double occupancy booking. I had already paid for double occupancy and while checking-in they asks who will be the second guest. Unfortunately the name was not matching the passport of the second guest when they checked-in due to which I had to pay again which is very illogical and and front desk staff is not at all helpful. I had requested for the refund but they didn't process it and they not even allowed to speak to the duty manager. Plus they don't allow visitors unlike other hotels. I really didn't liked the rules that the hotel adheres. The housekeeping staff kept on knocking the door continously even though "Do not Disturb" was tagged just because his shift was getting over and he had to clean the room. I had to step out of my room for him to clean it. Very disappointed with all of this.

My most horrible experience to date. My booking stated that I would pay at the property, so I gave my card details and made the reservation. However, when I arrived, they had already attempted to charge my card and had cancelled the reservation, stating that your bank denied the payment. My question is why they attempted to charge my card when the reservation was made on the basis of to pay at the property. When I arrived, I was informed that it had been cancelled and that additional fees would apply if I needed a room. In emergency I had to reserve a different hotel because my family was travelling with me. Very incompetent individuals. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dubai on a family vacation.

It was a terrible place, not suitable for families, single women. I reserved a room online for my cousin who was visiting from Bahrain for a week. The place I picked had no mention of visitor restrictions online. I only wanted to briefly store her luggage and check on her for 10 minutes. However, the people at the front desk, *Abhilash or Abhishek* (i forgot the name ) , were rude and disrespectful. They even refused when I offered my ID, even though the website said visitors were allowed. In reality, they only seemed to allow certain high-class guests, especially those with overnight companions (Ladies) .

Horrible place only people who like dance bar will be OK with this place not recommend for family front office supervisor named aftab is totally disappointed n rude I would strongly recommend for depromote this guy and the management is so careless they don't even reply to ur emails even after multiple emails worst customerservice worst people n worst place to spend ur vacation with family over all if u want ur stay to be ruined go there. I would suggest the president wic is very close to this place and even with better management..

One of the worst experience in amazing dubai. Dirty old hotel with rude front desk staff very arrogant staffs , I have never encountered such a poor service/ behaviour of the hotel so far. One of the worst experience in my life. Such a old broken hotel rooms , safety lockers not working electric kettle not working , electricity plug not working, bad smell of the entire property, no service at all to the guests .its worst hotel in entire world

Poor service completely mess

The location of this hotel make it the perfect destination to stay. They have Metro nearby with the walking distance of 200 m. The restaurants are available nearby within the radius of 500 m. Also the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall Mall of Emirates. Everything is 15 minutes away from the Metro, the rooms of the hotel is coded. They provide well AC room. Also they have the pub at the ground floor which operates in the evening. Only downside about this place is the parking which is not available to everyone and they charge 20 dirham for an hour.

Rooms are neat and clean with convenient location. only issue was the AC water leaking and the bell desk guy being annoying everytime we walks in (me and my male friend who booked the room) asking which room we are in and saying visitors are not allowed in the room while we booked for two of us.

It was a horrible hotel, the worst hotel I ever booked for my client, They Checked out after 1 Hr due the the bad behaviour of the staff, They don't even know the meaning of hospitality, too many fishy /suspicious things happening there. Every time you go out and go inside, Staff come behind and ask , Do you have a booking here, show ur id etc. Very dirty and dusty hotel. Never ever book it, especially for families. I had to book my guest to another hotel immediately.

The best place to stay if you are a Metro traveller. 1 min walk to ADCB metro. You are on the redline and very easy to go to any place fast. Hotel has clubs in the front portion and sometimes it is disturbing in Nights due to loud music. The best hotel to stay in Budget.

Nasty ever experience held last night in this hotel ,the man called Abijith in reception took 614DHR sake of sign a paper for a room for Two pax , as our conversation 1 pax has ID other no behalf I admit my I’d for him Abijith agreed, suddenly his manager enter in reception abijith twist his words that I have to stay in room etc …….called security we left out , paid 614 for nothing …worst ever hotel experience ever in life

Персонал вежлив и всегда готов помочь. Пожалуй это единственное, что понравилось. Ежедневно в 11 вечера где-то в здании начиналась дискотека. Уснуть получалось только в наушниках с шумоподавлением. Со временем немного привыкаешь, но хорошего в этом мало. В номерах курят, поэтому запах соответствующий, который пытаются забить распылением огромного количества освежителя воздуха. В смеси с запахом табака - это вообще какой-то яд.

خدمه سيئه وخاصه غسيل الملابس 24 ساعه اقل وقت لغسيل قطعه واحد بالاضافه مكيف الغرفه غير جيد وسعر الغرف مبالغ فيه جدا قيمه فندق 5 نجوم والحقيقه الفندق 3 نجوم ومواقف السيارات بعيده ومافي سواقين لاحضار السياره وقت الانتظار نص ساعه فقط لاحضار السياره من الموقف .تجربه سيئه

انصح بعدم السكن فيه لانه غير لائق نهائياً للعائلات ..وغير مريح جدا ويوجد به 3 انواع من المراقص الوسخه والكريهه وتجمع الحضور عند مدخل اللفت ومن ناحية الغرفه فهي اوسخ غرفه في الوجود من وساخة السرير والشراشف ..

مكان اكثر من رائع يستحق اربع نجوم كل شيء فيه جميل رغم ان مظهره الخارجي لا يوحي بذلك الا اني انصح به وغرفه كبيرة وتتمتع بأثاث كلاسيكي متواضع وجديد بصراحة اكثر فندق جميل جدا جدا

فندق سيئ للغاية كله هنود ورائحة غريبة في الغرف وقنوات التلفاز كلها هندية والله يا اخوان اسوء فندق زرته في دبي ومايستاهل سعره لاتغركم الصور اكلت مقلب فيه

تأخير في الدخول من قبل موظفين الإستقبال صوت المرقص يصل إلى داخل الغرف ولا يتوقف الا في الساعه الرابعة فجرا مناظر مخزيه ابتداء من التاسعة مساء المزيد

فين البلدية والسياحه عنه قديم وغير نظيف وشفت صرصار والمكيف معفن والحمام مابه ماء حار قفلوه احسن

مكان مزدحم من الجالية الهندية وسعره قليل ف منتصف الاسبوع.. لا يصلح للعوائل ابدا..

زباله زباله لا حد يحجز فيه نصابين وحراميه و معفن و صوت ديسكو مزعج طول ليل
