Tourist ALERT ! ! ! Tourist ALERT ! ! ! Paid for a private tour and got a shopping tour instead. Booking was arranged with them through a Singapore agent. Tour guide in Bangkok leg was rude, unprofessional and abusive. Started tour at 7am and went thru 4 Face Buddha, Chao Phraya Canal, Wat Arun and Reclining Buddha before 10:30 am !!! According to guide, had to attend a Gems Gallery visit as transportation was sponsored by them...but I thought I paid for a private tour? That was the whole point of paying extra for a private tour. As it was made known that my small group had no intention to buy anything from any of the home industry outlets, the guide suggested to drop us off at Platinum Mall by 11am and pay us 200 bahts each for our inclusive on tour dinner meals, and ask that we make our own way back to our hotel. It was truly a tour from hell with a guide from hell :( On departure date, guide did not bother to come...just a driver to send us to the airport. DO NOT CONTEMPLATE USING THIS AGENCY AT ALL ! ! ! THEY ARE THERE TO RIP OFF UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS ! ! !

Booked a private tour package through a Singapore agency, but it become a shopping tour. Brought us to Gems Gallery and Honey Bee Farm etc. Tour guide was very quiet and didn't give introduction/history of the places we went. Itinerary stated our package include 10 minutes elephant ride, but our elephant ride was less than 2 minutes. There was another tour group whose elephant rides were very much longer journey and duration. Our elephant took shortcut and joined their elephants when they were returning to their destination. On our departure date, tour guide didn't come and help us with the airport check-in procedures. Only driver sent us to airport. We have booked many packages with other tour agencies before. Tour guides will always send us to the correct counter at airport and help us to check in. We will not book any package with this agency again.
