While the clothing is nice the service is appalling! Was in store twice looking for something for a wedding this afternoon. The first time I was not acknowledged at all. When I came in the second time I found something to try. As I came out of the fitting room I was only then greeted. I waited at the counter to purchase. The dress had a makeup stain and I asked for a further discount. The team member offered 20% off then went to confirm with her manager. The manager returned to offer 10% offered off. The attitude from the manager was unlike anything I have experienced in my 15years in retail and been a manager myself. It all seemed too hard for them to work out. I walked out without a purchase and a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be shopping here again!

Awful customer service ! Left a bad taste in my mouth. Went their with my mum , the sales person was young at the counter and was friendly and greeted me. We went to look at the back rack and find a size. The clothes were overloaded so when I pulled out a couple of tops one fell on the ground. Out of nowhere the short stylist came over and stated, " can you make sure those don't fall on the ground." They hadn't even greeted us beforehand or bothered to say hi. Big attitude problem, such a turn off, I have been in retail since I was 16 and would never be so rude. This person belongs in Victoria marker selling fruit or meat.

First 10 minutes in the store and the lady asked me "are you all right" like 3 times already. 3rd time when I had enough I just put the dresses away and walked out of the store. I get that they are trying to sell the clothes but it would be really nice to let the customers decide for themselves and please let them shop in peace. If I like something I will buy it. It's that simple. A lot of stores have this problem , they think they can increase their sales or something but it often has opposite affect. A lot of women use shopping as a therapy and we don't like to be disturbed when we trying decide on a dress....

I've come here to rate the changing rooms at this Forever New store. As a male I don't really enjoy shopping at women's clothes store. Especially now that I have a fiancée that likes to spend hours here. However on this particular trip as I sat and waited in the changing rooms I couldn't help but enjoy the beautiful aesthetics of the area around me. I'd like to say that I will be back, but for my sanity I hope not.

Good taste clothes, could be more instore Change rooms were great Pricing was acceptable Really wasn't happy with the wait time, I get it we're females and we do like to talk but try being breifer with customers when others are waiting.. waiting over 15minutes with 3 customers behind me & then get ignored because of a phone call had me wanting to throw the clothes on the floor and shop elsewhere

I went in today frantically try to find somthing to wear to a wedding after my orginal outfit got ruined by an alterations place. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The girls were happy to help me figure out an out fit. I walked in almost pulling my hair out with stress and walked out feeling amazing and confident.

I am a frequent customer at this shop and have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I have always felt very comfortable here and have bought some of my favourite clothes from here. Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time at forever New today. Talia was amazing and just fantastic service that was much appreciated. Super impressed with my shopping experience.
