Agree with all the past one star reviews, opening times are a complete mystery, when it is open no one wants to help or provide any useful information at all. My heart sinks every time I get a slip through the door saying the package is at the 'UPS access point' as when or if you'll get the package is anyone's guess.

Was told my package was ready to collect but it wasn’t there. No help at all, just told to contact UPS. UPS said it had definitely been delivered so went back the next day. Was already closed despite advertising otherwise. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

The name is not appropriate , it should be Forest Inconvenience. It never opens on time as advertised! Its like hide and seek. I have been coming to collect my UPS package but always close. I regret choosing this store to collect my package.

I don’t recommend this shop ever especially for delivery ..... the shop are never open or some random hours; like this morning he finally open at 12h30 pm for how long, who knows ...... the owner was very disrespectful and rude . No sign

My own experience was very different to the other reviews. I went at 4.45pm. I collected my large UPS parcel quickly, and they were nice and friendly. Couldn't really ask for any more from them tbf.

Forest Inconvienience. The other 1 star reviews are all correct. This place is terrible, I have no idea how they are still in business. Rarely open and always rude.

Very unlucky if a delivery gets left here, their opening hours are unlisted and seemingly minimal, probably shut before 5.
