Had a great experience here. Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out some great running shoes. I tried them on the treadmill and ended up with a blister. Had no problem bringing them back and exchanging for a different pair that are working well for me. Prices also compare to what I’ve found online.

I have knee problems and small feet and the staff at every location I've been to, without fail, listen closely to my shoe needs and find me at least a couple of great options. Highly recommend!

You are buying a $+200 shoes and their return policy is the worst I ever experience, they only do replacements or in-store credit, even after one week and never use them outside, who does that, it feels like a scam and a not trustable company, never going back.

DO NOT BUY SHOES AT THIS STORE THEY WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN THEM! This company has a terrible refund policy, they will only let you return shoes for store credit or replacement, you will NOT get your money back, even if you haven't used them outside and come back within 14 days.

We’ve bought a pair of shoes today, but unfortunately the service was not good at all. The selection of the sneakers wasn’t interesting. Some customers were treated nicely, some were practically ignored. We’ll just find some other place for the next purchase.
