Very rude employees! The woman who appeared to be a manager there was extremely rude.I went into the store and requested a plastic bag to help carry my school project home safely because it was very windy outside. One of the sales associates was very helpful and willing to give me the bag however, the manager came over and she snatched it from the associate and told me I couldn't have a bag without purchase. Over the years, I have spent a lot of money in footlocker and was a frequent customer .Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

I went there to buy the latest pair of Jordan's. I got there 2 hours before the time they were suppose to open. I saw about ten people walk a way with a pair of Jordan's and after that the manager said they only have size 3c and smaller. She said they didn't have a lot of Jordan's to begin with and that the employee also bought some Jordan's that's why they did not have any of the good size remaining.

Okay store. But some staff there specifically the female on the floor the day I visited was really rule. I won a reservation and I heard her mumble saying "well guess she is not getting this pair then" I'm sorry but the pair is not for you. Or her. It is for the person that won the raffle. Have a great day. Store has a lot to live up to. Even the romodel did not fix it's shady past.

I had a very negative experience with this footlocker location. The customer service is atrocious,the staff is not knowledgeable about any of their products, and this store never opens on time. Due to their lack of professionalism I missed out on acquiring an exclusive pair of sneakers. Because I was giving false information and the manger is very very rude ..

I ordered a vapor max on the 28/6/20 it was delivered on the the 30th however when I went to pickup...nun of staff members was able to tell me where the shoe was & if was available to collect, i waited for like 45 mins when I ask if they found it, they gave me a disgusting attitude,I was told to come back in 2days, how inconvenient smh..

Store hours say till 8pm. I came at 744pm and the doors were locked and the employee said they were closed...meanwhile there was a customer at the register. I had a pick up over. Plan to cancel it. What's the point of store hours.

Honestly don’t go here. They’re so incredibly unprofessional, including all the managers. There are so much other Footlockers in the city that prioritize customer service and demonstrate respect to customers and workers.

The worker named Jenny has a nice and warming attitude. She was patient with me she took her time to make sure I won’t go home dissatisfied. She was very helpful to me. Definitely will come and shop there again.

Called & asked about UGG Tasman slippers in my size & the guy answered the phone very respectfully & actually sounded like he wanted to be there. It was refreshing. He was extremely helpful as well.

They were very hands on.helpful.. safety of customers was there priority . And much appreciated Only thing they were out of a lot of sizes. But understandable with current world chaos.

I’ve called the store and the store rep that answered didn’t even sound like she wanted to answer my questions. It made me feel uncomfortable and like I was actually bothering her.

Not much of a sneaker selection, but the customer service is great. They didn't have my sneaker size and the sales rep had it ordered n delivered to my house within 2 days.

Service is bad, the guy that I asked for help just wasn't interested in helping me one bit. He just wanted to talk to his Co worker about what they had planned that night.

So far this Footlocker has a really good staff and Manager. Very attentive, friendly and helpful. The manager name is furtado. Wish the other locations were as greeting

They are very helpful, kind and considerate he helped me out a lot even though I did not know what I want but he helped me get through it.
