I find the boys st the foodworks supermarket to be some of the MOST helpful that I have come across in any supermarket let alone only a little family one. Unfortunately, I am left quite disabled after suffering. Stroke last year. They will happily run all over the supermarket looking for something that I have not been able to find. I honestly cannot praise these boys highly enough. They give true customer service. I cannot comment on the girls as I haven't had much to do with them at all, if they are like the brothers well I imagine they would be just as good

I love this place. The personnel that work here are pure legends of humanity. If one shows friendliness and respect to them, it returned in overfilled cups. (Ask Tan about his Wushu). The honesty these people display about their own products is refreshing to see. Best wishes to this family. Great people. The service staff are still the same people, (google asked for an update), and they still have great customer service and prices as reasonable as anywhere else you might encounter.

Hardly anything in there - the covid era wasn’t supported… they had a false ad for rockstars and tried to sell 2 for $7 when the fridge said 2 for $6 The female staff are sometimes rude and the males ones can be rude at times. tend to get annoyed when Jen you asked the. Questions.. Spend too much time chatting to customers when you waiting in line to get serve and they can take like 5 mins If they worked on all above could give them a 5

I was treated like I stole something just because I was not a regular customer I had to empty all my pockets and everything from my hand bag then they got angry with me when I asked why they were doing this I now only go there when it's an emergency and other supermarkets are closed This place hardly ever has what I need when I do need to go there so I have to get something else and it's normally more expensive

Absolutely disgusting! Shelves were half stocked and i brought something sweet for the partner and myself to get back to my hotel room and it being out of date

The south shops might be rough around the edges... but friendly staff and a variety of bronds and products make it well worth going ... and its local
