Really liked this place, especially because there machines are always working and the place is very clean over all. Employees there are always friendly and helpful which why it pains me to give this review. I come here to wash with my husband or my husband washes there alone. Reason I only give 2 stars now is because four clothes got stolen from there about a month ago and the employees said they were going to check the cameras good to see at least took the clothes but they never even gave us a call back at all … which is frustrating because I believe we deserved a peace of mind at least . When it first happened they did say they were going to look but they looked very quickly and didn’t make sure so when my husband told them this they said they were going to look closely and then call back and they never did again…. I guess because they didn’t get anything robbed from them that’s why they don’t care and to be honest they still got their money from us so who cares if our clothes got stolen right? ? I just feel like it’s not fair to us as customers that we come and wash here and can’t even go to the restroom or step away for a few minutes because our things are going to get stolen … Very upsetting

Been coming here to wash my clothes for the past year or so. I liked it here because there’s not a lot of people and it’s pretty quiet. I enjoy watching my anime while my clothes are washing, but lately for about a month. There’s been this weird guy with stitch mask from Disney movie Lilo and stitch. He keeps coming over and peeking from my shoulder while breathing heavily. Always trying to ask what I am watching. Me being a nice guy always answered his questions politely, but been running to him frequently. Honestly thinking of finding another place to wash my clothes. He’s been getting really annoying. I asked him to leave me alone but doesn’t take no for a answer. Been coming to wash my clothes in the morning instead. If you see this guy I advise you to stay away from him. I think he may have ADHD. I know is not his fault, but if you trying to wash your clothes in peace. I advise look somewhere else.

Do NOT come here to wash clothes! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I left my clothes at 3pm and the girl mentioned to call me to let me know when I could pass for them that same day and she did not call. The girl did not know how to charge in card, so I would pay when picking up the clothes. I dialed the number countless times and no answer. I came to pick up the clothes today and the old lady at the counter mentioned she was not trained, did not know how to charge using a card and wanted cash.Threatened to not let me take the clothes if I did not give her cash and was rude about complaining why I didn’t have cash. By far the worst experience ever. The first time I came here it was great - despite the negative comments on the review, I wanted to give it a try, however, second time, was a disaster so not worth it.

So I've been coming here for over a month now with a friend of mine to wash our clothes together. It's great here. The inside of the building is wonderful and has good AC so it's not too hot compared to other placed. The machines work really well and everything look very new. The owner is very nice and helpful so feel free to come here if you like that type of welcoming environment. Just a heads up that you will need to purchase a card that requires you to use it by adding funds toward it to be able to use the machines here. It'd all worth it since the prices are fair and the machines work efficiently. I highly recommend this location. You might see me here wearing my Stitch mask from the Disney movie Lilo and Stitch. Feel free to say hi despite my mean appearance, I'm actually friendlier than I may look.

I decided to choose this laundromat instead of my apartment complex’s laundry facility or the laundromat right down the street because of the great reviews this one got. I was not disappointed. Once I stepped through the door I was greeted by a nice customer care person. The place is very clean and modern looking. There are also so many options to get your laundry done and the prices are very reasonable. I am getting my own washer dryer soon but if I wasn’t I would definitely be coming here to do my laundry. This place is super clean and huge ! , But the prices for their washers and dryers cost an arm and a leg. Very pricey to be a laundromat. I only use this laundromat when I don't feel like going far because I live across the street from it. So that makes this place convenient for me. But now that Evergreen Washateria opened up directly across from the Fondren Laundromat, I will take my money there instead where they have much cheaper prices. Nothing against Fondren Washateria, but who pays taxes to use a washer and dryer ?!?

Un lugar muy limpio y agradable las máquinas están grandes también hay pequeñas más bien dicho hay lavadora de diferentes tamaños desde pequeños hasta grande las lavadoras y secadoras están muy limpias se los recomiendo al 100% habrán a las 7:00AM Y cierran a las 10:00PM ojo la última lavada que te dejan hacer es exactamente a las 8:40PM- 8:45PM

It’s a good place to get your laundry done at but I hate that they let homeless ppl go to their restrooms and sometimes chill there although I see that’s caring that’s definitely unsanitary for the rest of the people. It even says “ no public restrooms yet they let anyone go. Respect your job more & speak up.

Están muy bien las máquinas y limpio pero cuando está la muchacha delgada de cabello largo ella excelente mantiene limpio y no digo que los otros empleados no limpien pero ella está muy al pendiente y ella tiene muy limpio e visto que ella saca todo el polvo y los demás no lo hacen como ella

Extremely friendly staff and the facility is very clean and bright. Washers and dryers run like new and are super easy to use! Prices are reasonable as well, much better value than what my apartment complex offers. I'll certainly be coming back to do my laundry here.

I went on 08/05/2020 and the lady that was working was super nice and helpful! The place is very clean and modern. There is not many people and everyone is pretty apart from each other which is a good thing In these time. Will be coming back :)
