Surely a good shop chain, but unfortunately their shop in the city of Liège suffers from the worst customer service ever. The personnel is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only one-time experience, but this keeps on happening every time. I only go there if I can't find my books elsewhere. Better to avoid the shop in Liege.

I like spending time in this place only to buy books. Staff is very helpful and kind. They would definitely go search for the book that you need and help you find it. For someone who likes to read a lot, books are not that cheap in their library. Overall experience is good.

bijzonder vriendelijke & efficiënte hulp gekregen in de Fnac te Luik ! enig minpuntje was toen ik het schap Nederlandstalige en Engelstalige boeken ontdekte. tjah, niemand kan tegen Brussel op wat die diversiteit betreft.

Cooe fnac veel elektronische toestellen propere winkel, weinig sony lenzen en camera's.

Soms hebben ze heel goede prijzen, Maar dan moet je echt tot in de winkel gaan...

Fijne winkel. Ik ontdekte de hoek met graphic novels.
