F mart Damac Paramount: Bad delivery service, everytime we order, it takes 1 to 2hrs to be delivered. Today, we ordered at 6:30pm and a guy informed us that the delivery is on its way to our apartment that is located in the same tower. After an hour, I tried to contact them throught whatsapp and calls with no answer, then at 8:40pm they send a msg that they can't deliver due to staff shortage.

Good food and very friendly staff. They have a varied spread to chose from some a regular some are special for the day. The cost of some items is overpriced but since there are only couple of them in the vicinity so supply demand plays it’s part.

Well everything was perfect until i met this lady server in food section who had poor eyecontact and kept ignoring me until other customers near me left becoz i was holding an Indian sandwitch waiting to make it hot..i looked poor so ...

Convenient and very cost effective place where you can take a sandwich and drink at supermarket rate and catch up on work while waiting for a meeting. Wish this business model was in all key locations.

Please hire professional people who do understand what’s customer service is. Because is just a combination of miscommunication, mistakes, disorganized…. Thanks

Snacks are fresh and Services are good Especially staffs are very responsible

Indian food available with good taste, and staff service also good.
