I've been getting my flowers from Martin at Flower Trap for years, simply because they're always stunning and fresh, his arrangements are beautifully put together and very affordable. I'm often a last minute kind of guy, and yet they've always whipped up the most amazing bouquet and had it ready for me to pick up at the shortest notice.. Most recently, I sent flowers to a friend who lived way out on the southside and from the time I called to organise them, to the time she received them at her door was a couple of hours!! The customer service is beyond exceptional, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them! Thank you!!

We wanted to send our young daughter a house warming gift, as she was moving into her first apartment in Brisbane. Leaving our run late from Victoria, we could not get anyone to deliver same day, until we contacted Flower Trap who supplied a Madonna Lily. We were absolutely thrilled, the speed of the delivery which was while she was waiting for her furniture to arrive, and the size and quality and presentation exceeded our expectations. I just wanted to write and personally thank Martin for the flowers I received after the passing of my Dad. My work colleagues organised flowers through the Flower Trap and wanted to let them know they are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen, it was 2 weeks on Tuesday since my Dad’s funeral and I have only just had to think about getting rid of the last of the flowers. The quality and life span was amazing and second to none. I will highly recommend the Flower Trap, and will be visiting for my next special occasion, thanks again

I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my friends who recently got engaged and the flower arrangement was beyond perfect. I couldn’t make it into Brisbane to collect, but the gentleman I spoke to over the phone was very accommodating and happily delivered down to my place of business. Obviously delivery cost a bit extra but he still could have refused me and he didn’t! I was convinced this was the best florist to go to and I wasn’t disappointed. Would very happily buy through them again.

Today I passed this shop and I was contemplating the flowers and thinking what flowers to buy. There was two ladies working and they were very rude to me and my partner. They asked us why we were standing there. We were planning to buy the flowers but they made us feel very uncomfortable and left. They kept looking to us and laugh and making comments to each other. It’s very disappointing to see this type of customer service. There was no need to be so rude and disrespect-full.

Outstanding customer service!!!! The only florist near Brisbane that could help me get flowers delivered on Sunday! Amazingly helpful and nice! I can't thank them enough. I wish I could give them 10 stars out of 5. I'm all the way in the United States, yet they were able to work with me and did a flawless job. I only wish I had a need to buy more flowers in Australia so that I could reward them with more businesses. This is a truly great florist!

Never in my life have I received such terrible customer service. I was treated as if I was nothing, asked if I was "actually able to afford" the flowers after my card declined, and then on a seperate occasion after asking for a receipt I am scoffed at, and made to feel like I was causing the most terrible inconvenience to the team. Beautiful flowers will never make up for appalling customer service. Do better.

Don’t get ‘Flower Trapped’ buying from this florist at the entrance to Standard Food Company on James St. An expensive last minute decision… with unquoted $28 for a minimal amount of gum filler for a bunch of flowers. 5 hydrangeas, a bit of filler & ‘free wrapping’ for $123.32 is outrageous…buy a candle elsewhere instead! Disappointed to say the least.

Ordered a bunch of flowers for my friends birthday, which was on a Sunday. They happily delivered on the Sunday which I was grateful for. The bouquet was absolutely STUNNING - my friend was so impressed and thrilled! Also love that I could choose from extra gifts to add - I chose a candle and a card. Went to buy flowers on Saturday - the man working was so dismissive of me and wrapped my flowers up so carelessly that he crushed most of the stems. Had to throw them out already. So disappointing and huge waste of money

Flower Trap provided over a dozen exquisite flower arrangements for my event. The arrangements not only looked beautiful but smelled divine as well. So many people commented about the flowers being gorgeous.
