LOST LUGGAGE: I am very very dissaponted from Flixbus (Prague - Trenčín) . 3 weeks ago unfortunately i left one of my bags in the bus (in trunk part) and i contacted the flixbus immediately and followed all their instructions with the idea that within 2 weeks i will get my bag back. However, after 14 days they told me my bag has not been found and from that point they do not talk to me anymore. There is no way to contact them and to get some info what is going on with my bag. When i talk to CS they say they cannot helo me abd i have to wait. However, they dont understand that i had super important staff there. I was naively trusting their policies that they will deliver my bag back to me, how can i stay calm now and trust further when until now i got only bad news about my issue. I should have gone by myself again to wait the bus and talk directly with the bus drivers. Unfortunately i could not do it later from holiday reasons. So now i dont know what is going on with all my stuff, if they are lost or it has been stolen, and Flixbus is behaving as it is not their problem at all when in fact its their responsability!!! Shame on you. I am sharing this experience for all of you, be carefull with your stuff and dont be so naive and trust the company that they will solve your problem. Because when it is about selling their services, they wont stop contacting you by email marketing and other ways, but when you need them to solve some issues, they dissapear!! I am so dissaponted and ashamed that such a company is still existing and functioning.

Updated info at 1:16am 29th August 2023 I will explain easy, so nobody need to worry: 1. This bookmark is old. Do not trust. 2. Stick with PLATFORM 3 (THREE). In my case, I take N60 to Berlin depart @1.05am (very early in the morning) 3. Ask people around you if you not sure. 4. Come 1 hour earlier to deal with problems. 5. ask the security at the station to be SURE. 6. always think of bad things can happen that you can miss the bus. 7. Stand at platform 3 - look opposite side is the booth (or building) of SIXT with main tone colour is: Orange 8. On platform 3, many signs will tell you many departure. In my case, I need many information to confirm me that I am in the right place. - On the sign clearly say: Tuesday (with note is: number 2, depart 1.30am). Green colour is high lighted for the correct departure. - Did ask the security about platform 3. - Ask people around me Make sure dont get any trouble. Good luck for your travel. If you are looking for Flixbus platform 4, pay attention to the picture. As you can see (I marked it with a red circle) it is across the main station. There is no crossing from the station to the platform because that road is a highway, so if you are inside the station, you need to take the underground stairs close to the Relay store and you will be on the side of the platform 4. Hope it helps :) P.S. If I'm not wrong, the rest of platforms are on the other side, just by the main entrance of the station. Si buscas la dársena 4 de flixbus, fíjate en la foto. Como se ve (lo he marcado con un círculo rojo) hay que cruzar enfrente de la estación. No hay paso de peatones y es una autopista, así que es imposible cruzar por ahí. Si estás del lado de la estación, tendrás que pasar por las escaleras subterráneas al lado de una tienda Relay y estas te conducen al lado correcto, donde está la dársena 4. Espero que las indicaciones ayuden. P.D. Si no me equivoco, el resto de dársenas están en la otra parte, al lado de la entrada principal de la estación.

Praga - Berlin Empezando con que la ubicación que te da esta mal , la ubicación te manda al lado contrario cerca de un jardín , pero está mal , hay que subir las escaleras por afuera de la estación, y una vez que estén sobre la estación hay una calle que tiene un barandal en medio , no intentes cruzar la avenida por qué es peligroso , hay una escalera por a un costado de la avenida que te ayuda a cruzarla , y así llegarás a la plataforma 3 , como ayuda , hay una oficina de sixt renta de coches al lado de la escalera , mucha suerte TIP: ubiquen la torre de la fotografía y se darán cuenta inmediatamente del lado correcto donde está la plataforma

I'm going to leave this here so anyone else won't have to run around like a headless chicken as I did. If you are looking for platform 4 direction Bratislava /Budapest etc, it's on the opposite side of the road, next to the elevators. It's a bit hidden, so it's not easy to see. Exit from the door nearby the police/restaurant Rychlik, take the stairs for the parking, pass the police station, take the stairs again and there it is. The lack of info for flixbus is depressing... Their prices and buses are awful and the disservice worse.

Impossible to find the correct station without the info from people here… If you’re going to Dresden/Berlin, you need to get to the other side of the station, and then go up to the main entrance on the highway which is on top of the station. Then once you’re out of the station and on the highway, you’ll need to go right (or north) until the Platform 3 sign.

This is the Flixbus stop to go to Berlin from Prague, namely stop no. 2 which is not mentioned in the map. I had to run like crazy after I realized I have been wating on the opposite side. Such a redundant stress due to lack of information in the flixbus app and no explnation on the bus stop. I will be sure to file a road passener complaint for this.

Berlin yönüne gidecek olanlar bu tabelanın önüne gelsin. 3 nolu yer tren istasyonunun üstünde. 4 nolu yer ise türbeye benziyen kısımda sixt araç kiralama ofisinin ilerisinde bilginiz olsun tabeladan saatleri kontrol edin.zamaninda kalkıyor. Prag çok soğuktu

It's incredibly hard to find this bus stop, one would expect better at a major train and bus station. It took me almost 2 hours to find, and all the people at the information desks tell you is "upstairs".

Precisa melhorar a sinalização, no bilhete dizia ou plataforma 3 ou 4, ambas são em lados opostos de uma avenida movimentada.

If you are going to Berlin use this stop. DO NOT STAND ON THE OTHER SIDE. Stand in front of bus stop no 3.
