Won't be booking with Flight Centre again after experience with Belinda from Golden Grove store. Atrocious behavior and condescending tone. Not at all helpful, no patience with those speak English as a second language. 0/5 for customer service. Continuously raised her voice and cut me off while speaking. Did not have the patience, nor time to listen to what I had to say and respond.

My wife and I would love to thank the staff at Flight Centre Golden Grove as they have always been so helpfully in our travels for the last 8 years .A special thanks to Belinda Oudshoorn who has booked some amazing holiday and allowed us to see the world ,Belinda puts in all the effort and we get to enjoy all her hard work .......Thank you again

Lindita was amazing!!! Soo accomodating and organised a quote for flights and accomodation that was just what we wanted and she was awesome to talk to and super efficient. We had a great chat and by the time i knew it she had emailed the quotes to me. Couldnt have asked for a better experience

Flight Centre has always taken care of us very well for many years. Even when our regular agent is away the other staff have fitted in smoothly. Extra hours are spent with us to make sure things are right. We have had friendly and efficient service from all.

Went in to ask about deals without an appointment was assisted happily and walked out with my holiday all booked and ready to go. First time using flight centre and very happy with the service. Thank you Belinda for your assistance.

Not the best place to book a holiday if one thing goes wrong your in big trouble with them passing the buck We must have went through at least 5 people and took us over 6 month's to get it back to half right Not worth the head ache

Went to book 4 airline tickets and had to know the ages of all passengers before we could start. As I didn't know 2 of them that was the end of that. Went on line,no birthdays required. Goodbye flight centre.
