I went to the store yesterday to buy a bottle of Maker's with my lady date. But, given the construction in the area, I could only enter the shop coming from the river side. The truck responsible for dropping the inventory blocked the sidewalk. The problem? I am using a wheelchair. I was sitting in my chair, in the middle of the road, for 20 minutes. After the driver came out, he (obviously) deflected the blame and said it was the owner's fault for telling him to park there. I went into the shop, and the owner said it was never his fault and denying responsibility. Moreover, he went on to argue with me why it was okay for the guy to park on the sidewalk. Then, he went on to charge me for my drink. Instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the situation, he did everything he could to, also, deflect responsibility. They are NOT wheelchair friendly!! I would advise all of the West-End people, who care about human life, to avoid this shop. They did lose my business.

Went to the store with no taste, knowledge or interest in wine. It's been 2 months now and I can't wait for the work week to finish so I can submerse myself in beautiful bottles of Margaret River Chardies! In short great selections, fair prices and that Ryan guy is the Rainman of the wine industry. New guy with the glasses has alcohol autism too - great addition! Don't know who does their beer/wine/customer service training but they should implement that person in every bottle shop.

A great locally owned business....excellent variety, and good specials -- I stop in once a week to get a six-pack of a nice beer that they often run a special on. Support local, and back places that put thought and effort into looking after you.

Great selection, competitively priced. Owner was able to give a nice recommendations and alternative while I was simply searching a Moscato for a light drink today and I really liked it

They always have $10 six packs available on special. In this day and age that is great value. It is more a boutique style store than BWS or equivalent. Great for wine drinkers!

Fantastic range of drinks, can get stuff in for you as well, very knowledgeable. Not as cheap as Dan's but great if you want something a bit different
